How to Cook lentils for medicinal purposes & optimal health

- On this video I demonstrate two ways of cooking lentils and grains. Whole grains are a source of fiber, iron, proteins, & carbohydrates. Carbohydrate is an essential nutrient for energy. Carbohydrates power our muscles, brain, & cells. I made a delicious stew for us on this video and then I demonstrated how to steam your lentils. You can use these to recipes for many other dishes or enjoy as meal prep like I do.
Lentil and whole grain stew
2 cups lentils ( silver & black )
1 cup whole grains ( brown rice, red rice, wild rice )
1 red bell pepper ( minced)
1 serrano (minced)
1 green onion
1 bay leaf
spices ( coriander seeds, cumin seeds, 4 garlic, oregano, sage, black peppercorn)
steam lentils & whole grains
1 cup whole grains
2 lentils
1 bay
