This is whats called a entirely physical build traveler.
I started off thinking Genshin was a game where only traveller is available and the traveler can use any weapon so I explored around with no element till ar 7 ( 1.1 does show you to follow paimon) until my friend got characters and used elemental skills did I realize... the embarrassment

No. When venti's gnosis got stolen, traveler used anemo to fight back from the gnosis theft. And people of monstadt said that he can use anemo without any vision, so ur wrong

Edit - I realise people are miss interpreting what I meant, I don’t mean a character with no vision that can still use elemental power like traveler, venti, Zhongli, etc. I meant a character with no elemental power or magic at all.
That would be so cool. I would love that priest looking guy from the genshin manga to be a non-vision playable character!

I think we still needs to go to the statue but can't we just change the element even without having to put traveler in the team? Like literally why do we need to put traveler when we want their element to change? Why can't we just change it without traveler in the team? It's annoying af
Edit: so for clarification purposes, change the element without traveler in party. It was a hassle if you want to try an element then change it back but you already change the team back to normal

I played like this way (true adventurer mode) on last November, at the beginning, the cryo regisvine is the only source to consume the resin (I won't forget it took me over 30 mins to defeat the cryo regisvine lol). The max AR rank I can get is 25 as the Electro Hypostasis is impossible to be defeated without pyro char, btw I can't get xiangling even completed the spiral abyss 3-3 bcuz the mailbox is locked lol

It's not impossible to defeat the electro hypostasis without a pyro character. My team was anemo Traveller, Barbara, Noelle and Kaeya and they did pretty well
Cryo characters are good for electro cube as well btw!

Omg guys this brings back memories. When I first played Genshin Impact the HOUR it dropped... I fell in love. It was so beautiful and everything. I cant wait for more regions so I can feel that same way again and again (Dragonspine captured my soul.. beautiful).
Dude, I remember I didn’t look at the view at the very start of the quest and I just wandered around with no elements and just played. I was searching up things such as “how to get members in your parties” and “how to get powers”
This just brings back memories.

I remember when I first started Genshin, I actually legit lost myself from the storyline, you can escape before the Mondstadt view too, which meant that I had no idea where I had to go to continue the quest cause it wasn't showing on the map.
I became really good at climbing, combat and using the environment to my advantage thanks to this, and I stayed for quite a lot of time without elements before actually realising that I could've watch the GI storyline on yt to find out what I had to do. It was fun without elements and no glider
This is why Npcs only travel on just one area

And I am a little bit curious with his true power not his elemental power, but his no vision state like he burst his sword when he fought against the unknown god, that scene was epic...
The thing genshin has alot of filler at the rate it's going we may never find out who the unknown God is hell Luffy may be the pirate king with his one piece before then
@@billcipher9068 you're probably right...the mc true power hasn't described in detail yet...we have to wait until the game has fully released. But idk how long does it should take for. This is like waiting for a mangaka to finish his chapter.

Before watching the video: i did it few days ago. Avoided Paimon on the beach i mean. And after opening every single chest on the unlocked territory (okay, all except one Precious chest near Dragonspine, because fighting Pyro Fatui Agent 10 levels higher than maxed traveller while paimon says "nonono, it is dangerous, let's go in other direction!" looks kinda impossible) and i can sayit is impossible to make more than 6th AR +705 EXP (735 if you manage to beat Fatui Agent) and 425 (430) primogems.
Also you can always try to beat Cryo Regisvine, but for myself, i could get only 20 damage with a shot, having maxed blue artifacts, and this plant still could kill me with only 3 shots (not to mention freezing AOE damage), and since player has VERY limited resourses, i think it is impossible
As there are no quests (okay, there is 1 in Dragonspine camp, but it is outside of my reach), only sourse of AR exp are chests and Anemoculus (you still CAN interact with statue of 7 in Windrise. All the chests left on my map either require gliding (or flying with anemogranulas), or shooting with bow (at least i did some of those) or having any element. Every Anemoculus i did not collect (and i collected 13) require gliding.
Now i will watch the videojust to know if i was right
UPD after watching:
1) when doing this run, you have only 5 buttons in menu: Achievements, Characters, Inventory, Quests and Map (and also you can open menu only on PC with ESC button). This means you can not buy currency for irl money, you can not open mail and get something from it, you can not wish. Which means you will always have no one but NPC Traveller, so rules at the start exist only because Author could not do it other way (maybe)
2) I have 394 Anemo sigils, that i can not transfer into anything, especially money, and i am crying X(
3) it seems domains can not be used as teleports before we fight Dwallin, as they are not even showed on the map (and there is no switch for dungeons only)/ I tested some before starting my run, so this is for sure
4) there is a place not far from Dragonspine camp near the border of a map, where you can always find some artifacts. After opening every chest in the game this little box and artifacts seller from Liyue will be players ONLY source of artifacts. You still can get Mora fighting monsters. Which means that it is possible to master every artifact you wear for +12 (and some purples for +16)
4) While Author did small part of a quest, following Paimon until Statue, mine still flies on the beach. Also he managed to crack one challenge on 6:55 i did not complete because of time frames. So he actually has 245 more EXP than me. And with this he actually can get 7th AR
UPD2: LOL i just found small place i did not search before within 50 meters distance and it had 3 common chests and 2 exquisite chests XD now it is 775 AR
So assuming you get to AR 20 you'll still get barbara? (Although this was possible only before the 1.1 update)
I think you still get her after completing a quest
No you need to complete the quest witch requires progressing through the story so he won't get Barbara at AR 20
You have to clear dvalin to get barbara.

If you read into the lore of some of Monstad's weapons. There are some extraordinarily strong people in the world of Teyvat who don't have access to a vision.
In the Lore behind the Favonius Great Sword, there was a knight whose name is Arundolyn who was born from a long line of knights and had no vision but became a Grandmaster of the Knights of Favonius through his natural gifts and Intense training. He was once the pride of the knights and of all Monstad but after his friend died he went into decline.

I remember myself playing this game for the first time I quickly travel around hunt mods and chest (I didn't finish the birds eye view quest)
The precious chest near where you start the game can easily obtain the moment you spawn, you just have too go swim straight too the rock the moment you spawn too the world but dont swim straight too the big rock there is a small tiny rock that you can stand on which helps replenish your stamina and then jump too the bigger rock and your set.
What if there is a new introduced character that has no vision but a physical character. Probably the background is gray like that

You can get the first luxurious chest near the game start immediately, just slow swim to it. You don't have to do anything fancy

Funny thing is when I first played Genshin Impact I wasn’t paying attention to the dialogue or anything and ran right past the statue and went straight to Mondstadt. It took me a while to realize why I couldn’t seem to progress through the storyline. That being said I find it odd that your game actually seemed to restrict you from going further, as mine pretty much let me explore the world freely up until I realized that I needed to go find the statue to get my powers.

Fun fact: you can negate fall damage by plunge attack at the right height
For some reason, your starting fall point resets on doing so, which that will lead no need for gliders
