I’m currently in year 4. I broke my tibia and fibula in early February. Now I have titanium in my leg and am my own personal meteorologist. 😂 yoga and dance has been a daily practice. Yoga saved me during this injury. I’m so grateful for yoga. I’ve taken my time while I laid in bed unable to walk for 3 months to go within. EMDR, IFS, kundalini yoga and frequency healing. The work pays off. Yes I’ve been cracked open. While I read my cards in April I pulled that Oracle card. You’re spectacular and I love the alchemy series you put out.
