While you were talking a lot about the rural post offices and how they can help in the financial inclusion of India, you must consider that the rural postal staff is extremely underpaid and overworked. They are still not considered at par with the urban postal staff and that is really demotivating for them.
I salute this Woman🙏 & Officer. As she has faced all The typical Patriarchy & problems of Ladies in a developing country like India. Even as a Senior Officers, Mam faced the problems which women faced everyday compared to Males. Difference is the Post is powerful to bring change as per Officer's Will.
U should take an interview of a elegant IAS MR.Anand Vardhan of 2017 batch he too has a tough nd a hard-working story of his success and after that struggle he secured AIR 7th rank

How many know about you GDS life , Ma'am Nowadays A days after various drives are running,Ippb AEPS aur A/C open ke naam pr subah 6 am se raat ke 11pm tk phone aate rhte hai,3 handed BO me 1 kramchari kaam kr rha hai, double duty ke naam 2,2 saal se kuchh nhi ,kisi kisi BO me room kiraya 200/month hai ,bahut sare waise BO hai jinka 2,2 saal se rent hi nhi milta,Aapke officer aate hai aur kaam krane ke piche pad jate hai,kya dikat hai iska ilam kiye bina
