I had hp 15" laptop with keys 1 q a z, esc and caps lock all not working. I only speak and understand English, but I was able to follow along. I only needed to get to the keyboard ribbon plug. I unclipped it, cleaned the contacts on both the ribbon and the connector with cotton swab and alcohol. Reassembled and problem solved. Thank you!

I came here with a keyboard with damaged left alt key..... now I can switch between windows with one hand only Thanks a lotttt now my alt key is working properly🙏🙏🙏

GUYS IF IT DOESNT WORK JUST GET A HAIR DRYER, REMOVE THE KEYS THAT DONT WORK AND BLOW THE HAIR DRYER INTO THEM FOR ABOUT 15 - 30 SECONDS AND THEN PUT THE KEYCAPS BACK ON THE KEYBOARD AND LEAVE IT FOR ABOUT 2 MINS AND IT SHOULD WORK 😌

@@RankIDraven I cleaned my key board cuz it fully died and ye I can't use left Ctrl combinations aswell and now my other key auto stopped typing
