So, the conflict of interest here is blatantly clear. Younger, up and coming athletes of this caliber fear speaking out, as they KNOW it WILL hurt them in the scoring. They have seen it before. Simone has the age and experience and credibility to actually stand up for truth. I am so proud of her. It takes a team, and each one of them are very unique in what they bring to the team. Simone is mature and these girls do look up to her. However, all sport has a great amount of stress that can be overwhelming. There are many athletes that has inner stress that causes them to hide their emotions from the world. Never did care for Simone. She always thought she was so much more than anyone else. She can go down like anyone else and she needs to realize that.
