  • Not all real estate is created equal. Sometimes you get a deal with some hair on it.
    That's when you gotta use your hustle muscle!
    In this deal, I had to come up with some super creative ways to get the last $300k on this deal and it required some mental gymnastics.
    Lucky for me, I have 20+ years in the finance business and found a way to make it happen. We closed today!
