Thank Jesus for Jack Hibbs sermons and genuine love for God's word. Many years, I searched at all cost for God word through different religions, and by the love from our lord he has brought me to my knees to his word, only his word. Discovered Jack and I listen to his sermons solely nearly daily due that his heart is with Jesus Christ our Messiah.

That’s idolatry and it’s wrong. To feel as though you’d “faint” if you “could get close enough to be in their presence.” That’s idolatry. God’s Word is clear on that. I pray that you don’t truly mean this. Words are extremely powerful; choose them carefully.

I’m reading Galatians, as part of my bible study, and here pastor Jack explaining the time we’re living of false prophet. Such a great understanding and discernment we all should have when it comes God’s word. We all as Christ followers must discern what we allow what we should not allow. I have been listening to ps Jack for the last two years. He just inspires me and encourages to do better and serve our holy king yeshua.

I am so blessed to hear these messages. I live in Adelaide South Australia and it is so dry here. I get fed, nourished and encouraged by these teachings.
I live in an area where you are not able to find s church with a minister or Pastor, and the churches that we would travel to don't minister all of the word, prophecy. This is hard as taking communion and not forsaking the assembly comes to my heart, but I know the LORD placed me here for his purpose and he blessed me with this family on line. Texas here.

I agree with what he preaches that are scriptural but i don't totally agree with the unnecessary comments...we all preach from the Bible and believe in the same God.. are awaiting Christ's return...i am pentecostal and get the same teachings as he gives yet there is this criticism based on the assumptions that we look for 'signs and wonders' because miracles happen through faith...the Bible says 'according to the measure of faith'...we...i don't go around looking for signs...i got saved at 8 in a pentecostal church and still resides in such... sad that the world criticize Christians for our FAITH but it is more sad when we criticize our fellow brothers and sisters for the same FAITH that Jesus said that if we have "but as little as a mustard seed..." Yeshua Hamashiach is returning NOT FOR A DENOMINATION BUT FOR A CHURCH THAT IS WITHOUT SPOT OR RINKLE AND HAS THE HOLY SPIRIT...love Pastor Jack Hibbs but he 'wags his tongue' a bit unnecessarily...i love the humility of Pastor Barry and Farag, the WHOLE OF BEHOLD ISRAEL and Jan Markell...

I do not believe his way of speaking is intended to be offensive to one’s sensibilities.
When Truth hurts, we must bear it & come to understanding. Your lifelong experiences in your body of believers has given you discernment, no doubt. Faith is the Substance of things hoped for, the evidence not seen. It is my Hope that you dear sister do not take offense to the manner of which Pastor Jack presents The Word.
I believe that Pastor Jack rightly divides The Truth. He has a gift of The Holy Spirit to share God’s Word in a way that touches a multitude of people around this world 🌎. We must test the spirits to discern Truth from Error. Pastor Jack does do just that.

@@barrett5540 😂😂thanks for the response...however, there is no offense taken because i have no reason to be sensitive to the Truth of the Bible, i live faithfully by it daily...I did not read your whole comment because my opinion on Pastor Hibbs stands: he talks unnecessary and in doing so, he says things that are not only a 'stumbling block' to those who do not know Jesus Christ but also stir up strive (Paul spoke of this)...he is not accurate on the issue of 'sign and wonder' concerning the concept of the Pentecostal Church of which i grew up in...and like i have said, God is coming for a Church without spot/wrinkle and fill with the Holy Spirit...
I do not waste time debating fellow brothers and sisters when faith, the love of God and His righteousness unite us, and are important facts to the GOSPEL OF CHRIST...displaying who we are in Christ should be demonstrated to the LOST SOULS.
One misguided person who label thenselves or a few who have erred, does not mean 'THE WHOLE'...my advice to Pastor Hibbs is to get to know 'The Whole' before 'wagging the tongue'...The Bible warns of this and i will repeat my claim about his unnecessary talk...i love Amir & the whole Behold Israel Team, Pastor Barry, Pastor Farag , Jan Markell; they ALL divide the Word of Truth (follow their ministries including Hibbs) and though i love Pastor Hibbs, i think he gets carried away and 'self' steps in...SO NO OFFENSE TO YOU...TRUTH IS WHAT IS ALWAYS PREACHED FROM MY PASTOR'S PULPIT (NOTHING STRANGE TO WHAT THESE ALL PREACH) so i will forgive your forwardness and pray that you can handle the TRUTH. Bless you Pastor Jack, family. The stirring of the heart seems to be so overwhelming since you started this teaching. My question has been, the calling of my life LORD, I don't know what it is, Father, 09-01-21 Pastor, oh my goodness my faith crisis is still in motion, there is no fear or torment, because he LORD knows the truth of the matter, and he will take care of it. I know what I heard from the LORD ( my children think there is something wrong with me because I am not reacting as they think I should.) Pastor, the move of the holy spirit with your message stirred my heart, there is no doubt , i will be freed of this crisis because of my faith.
But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.

I like Jack and listen to him all the time and agree with him 95% of the time but biblically tongues was the evidence of receiving the Holy Ghost. Today tongues are used in my opinion carelessly when a preacher says ok congregation pray in your pray language 🤔 I do that occasionally when I am in prayer Jesus and me I don’t speak in tongues at church out loud I try and pray in the spirit as much as possible but I’m not going to fake it when His spirit comes in me it comes out I don’t have to force it
Dear brother, I believed as you did when I went to an Assemblies of God church, which is pentecostal by denomination. The main reason they taught that, was based on Acts ch 2....but is tongues truly the evidence of receiving the Holy Spirit?
In order to understand why Acts ch 2 happened the way it did, we need to read chapter 1.... "But ye shall receive power after the Holy Ghost is come upon you; and ye shall be witnesses unto Me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.” The purpose of the apostles' speaking in tongues, will be to witness to people around them.
This reveals what God intended with having the apostles speak in tongues in ch 2. Also, if you continue reading in that chapter, there were foreigners there, who heard the apostles speak in their own language, even though they knew the apostles didn't speak those languages. God intended for tongues to tell these foreigners standing around, "hey people, listen up! What you're witnessing is a divine, supernatural act! These guys have a message from me, God, so you better listen up!" As such, this fulfilled what Yeshua said in chapter 1....that the power of the Spirit coming upon them, will be for the purpose of evangelism. It had a very specific purpose for that context of time and event. It doesn't necessarily mean that tongues is the evidence of being indwelt by the Spirit.
Brother, may I also point you to 1st Corinthians ch 12-14. Speaking in tongues is but one of many gifts of the Holy Spirit. Not everyone will have this gift. All believers have some gifts, and not others....and yet these passages of scripture say that every single believer is indwelt by the Holy Spirit. When you become born again, you get "baptised by the Spirit into the family of God". Being *filled* with the Spirit is another experience altogether, and is different from being indwelt (happens only once upon being saved). Acts ch 2 is an example of being filled with the Spirit.

For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God” (Acts 10:45-46). When they heard the Gentile speak with tongues, they knew that God had filled them with the Spirit. Do you think the tongues were only used for Jewish people one time in Acts 2 and then ceased? Paul : When the Spirit came upon the men, they “spake with tongues and prophesied” (Acts 19:6).
@@ktcarroll4723 , hi again brother. I apologise if I gave the impression of the idea that only the jewish people spoke in tongues, or that it was only a one-time thing. I don't think that's the case at all. In my previous comment, I meant that speaking in tongues is indeed a gift of the Holy Spirit, and it is used for specific moments. Did you get a chance to read 1st Corinthians chapters 12 through 14? If not, please do. You will see from these passages, that speaking in tongues is but one of many gifts of the Spirit. Not everyone will possess this gift. In fact, Paul says there are moments when this gift should not be exercised at all (if there is no interpreter in the setting of church congregation).
Basically, speaking in tongues is one way we can know someone is filled with the Spirit....but there are *other* ways as well, through exhibiting the other gifts of the Spirit. You know how when a pastor is on fire, and preaches/teaches up a storm in the pulpit, and you can just about feel the presence of the Holy Ghost and His anointing? The message is so convicting and/or powerful, and it is so biblically solid? That's the gift of prophesying (most people misunderstand it as the gift of foretelling the future, but the greek word for prophesy, propheteia means simply to preach).
Essentially, the gifts of the Spirit are for the purpose of edifying the body of believers, or bringing glory to God =]

Bless you, maybe you have and don't realize it, Any trials, sometimes it's easier to have faith for others than our selves. You may have the faith in a larger measure to where you have not been challenged yet, mine are of something I never thought of until it happened, 2 with a residue that is still there.

JACK WHEN YOU TALK ABOUT THE HOLY SPIRIT,, LIKE THAT,, MAKES ME THINK YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN FILL WITH THE HOLY GHOST WHEN YOU HAVE THEN YOU WILL KNOW WHAT IT MEAN TO FEEL LIKE CRYING DANCING AND WORSHIPING IN THE HOLY SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH LOOK AT THE DAY OF PENTECOST THEY THOUGHT THEY WERE DRUNK AND WHEN SEE EVERYTIME THEY WERE FILL THEY SPOKE IN TONGUES Being born again does not mean were baptism with the Holy Ghost. it just mean you receive as savior You don't have to be filled with the Holy Ghost be saved but it's a lot better. That's what people get tired of in churches preaching dead sermons every Sunday. God wants you to worship him in spirit and in truth. truth is not enough and spirit is not enough it HAS to be both
