I've watched many videos on installing the air assist and some were helpful and got me to a certain point and then I said I'd try again later. Today was my later and your instructions were most helpful, so thank you for helping me to get it installed.
Thank you so much. I watched many other tutorials and my laser cutter was bumping into the LHS at end of a project. I watched your video and finally found out about the marks on the tubing, straightening out the tubing, what the other two grooves were for and the rubber washer. I redid the tubing properly and it now works perfectly. Others just leave these bits out and it caused me a lot of stress thinking my machine was broken - along with the worry about what to do about that as I have just bought it 2nd hand, along with a lot of lost hours. A massive thank you for a professional and thorough lesson.
