This is the system I use. For coordinating dies I use a magnetic sheet that fits in the Avery pockets. It's nice having stamps & coordinating dies together. Love your "co-workers!"
Organization is almost as much fun as crafting! Thank you for adopting the mischievous one. They need a special home and what a wonderful life the dogs have here with your family. ❤
This is how I store my stamps and dies. I label the same way you do with the name of the stamp set or die with the manufacturer name underneath. It’s worked great for me over the years and I still love it. I also put a blue dot sticker on stamp sets that have the matching dies so I can see quickly if I have the dies as I’m flipping thru.
I have this system too. I put a magnetic sheet on the back of the card stock so my dies and stamps stay together and denote that on the front. I was lucky enough years ago to find what they called CD dividers that are tall and plastic. I segregate by theme. But I don’t do this for a living lol!
This is how I store my dies and stamps also but I've discovered over the years that I prefer all of the same size stamp pockets. I have loads and loads of stamps, dies, embossing folders, stencils, and also now glimmer and better press. I haven't transitioned the other 2 smaller pocket items into the larger ones yet, but my ocd makes me crazy when searching through my loot. I've found it's easier to look through all of the same size pockets. Have fun organizing!
Some great ideas thank you😊 oh & the dogs are adorable, the baby is definitely going to be hard work, but so worthwhile, just look at his smiling face ❤
This is the way I store stuff! And what’s great is that as I make extra sentiments or die cuts I store them in those Avery Elle pockets with everything else
Your daughters new pup reminds me of my pup I rescued last year well the color does but my pup is a tornado too but she is fun and very loyal good luck with the pup thanks for the video
I would keep one guillotine trimmer. They come in handy when you cut things like acetate or magnet sheets. Saves your trimmer blades. I also use mine when cutting cardstock for mass producing cards
Your organization is looking great! Your co-workers are beautiful. Puppies are so much work, but she looks so happy as do the other two. Thanks for sharing them.
Love organization videos especially when cute co-workers are shown! I would sell both bye bye Stampinup and in with the newer Tim Holtz paper trimmer !
re: cutter. you should keep one. you don't have to replace blades. you have to admit the blades are on the pricey side and they do need replacement fairly often. especially if you make kits or just a lot of cards... the guillotine cutter sharpens itself. no real extra expense needed. i have the SU trimmer and i seem to go through blades like crazy! i bought a fiscars guillotine last year and haven't looked back!
I love your storage and space! I have been debating or organize stamps by brand or theme and this helped. Thanks for sharing!! I have a plott hound mix and she's so dramatic but also the best companion dog. Enjoy!
I have a mini guillotine cutter but would like a larger one. I would keep at least one of the guillotine cutters and sell the other one. I love your organization tips. I have SU stamps and dies in their original cases but I have quite a bit of other brands too. I need to get some supplies. Thank you for the tips.
I love my guillotine . They stay sharp forever, where I have to replace the blades in my SU paper cut and score product every couple of years. Also, I am totally unorganized and would lose stamps and dies if I didn't have the number of stamps and dies on my label along with the name of the set. I count them every time I finish a project!
Thank you !! I have been accumulating lots of Honey Bee stamps and dies and some others too and didnt know how to organize and take care of them. Your ideas are great!!
Great job! Have you thought about buying, and cutting to size, magnetic vent covers? I bought mine from Home Depot, they are easy to cut, not very heavy and flexible enough to grab my dies off without damaging them while trying to pry them off the adhesive on the cardboard. Your craft space is coming together nicely... keep up the good work.
If it were me, I’d keep at least one cutter. I have 2 different kinds and sizes. A real jumbo heavy duty one, and a smaller one like yours. I’m thinking about getting the tonic smaller on too. I’d take yours if it’s still available.
we have 2 dogs Caspian, who is a red gold lab, we got him as a pup in 2017, and in 2022, someone abandoned a white and gold dog, not to far from our farm, he is also a male like Caspian, and not fixed at that time, and about the same age, and you can tell that his owner loved him, but we think the owner died and that relatives did not want him and so dropped him off near our property. we named him Sloan. We can tell that he has that PTSD. Well we got him neutered, and we just love him up and he and Caspian get along great together.🥰🥰
I store my stamps/dies like you except I accidentally ordered some tiny zip lock plastic bags and they work great for holding my small dies once I cut them done. Keeps me from losing the dies out of the Avery Elle bags
Hi Wendy! Love your tutorials! I am also an ex SU demonstrator(mostly a hobby) I was wondering if you kept any of your SU favorites? I have so many and they take up so much room in their cases, but I can’t part with them yet. I was thinking of doing something like your organization but am on the fence there are some pros to keeping them in the case, but I feel they do take up a lot of real estate. Please let me know your thoughts, and would love for you to share in a tutorial someday!💕🥰
I was wondering the same things. I too am thinking of taking them out of the boxes but I think I need to let go of some first. Too many to even think about changing the way I have them now. 😊
Your coworkers are great! I have a golden retreiver and orange kitty that are my work buddies and the pup naps on the job while Miss kittens cackles at the birds while sitting at the window. It's the best way to craft! I have that old guillotine cutter and it's dull, any idea how to sharpen it by chance? I would sell one and keep one, you don't need two of the same thing I imagine. Your craft room looks great, I so need to do a major sweep and let go of many things that no longer serve a purpose for me. Thanks for sharing ~ HUgs, Gale The Happy Stamper :)
I love guillotine cutters! I have a small one that I keep by my desk all the time and I have a great big one that I use when I'm cutting more than a couple of pieces of cardstock at the same time! Do you really want to sell yours because if you do I'm interested! Thank you
This is what I was thinking to get my stamps organized. Thank you so much for sharing. Great idea. Your co-workers are just super cute!!

Your dog made my day! She is hilarious!!!!
Organization is almost as much fun as crafting! Thank you for adopting the mischievous one. They need a special home and what a wonderful life the dogs have here with your family. ❤
All of your dogs are adorable. Little Dixie is so precious. And she does look like an adorable handful. As always, love your videos!!

Those are the best co-worked you could ask for!!!
She's adorable!
Love your craft room and all of your workspace!
Your co-workers look beautiful!! Like the way you are setting up your craft room!!

I'm always ready for an organization video. Most of all I love your co-workers!
Dixie is gorgeous and your other dogs as well. Thanks for sharing your stamp and die storage

I keep my non StampinUp stamps/dies this way! Great minds think alike!!!! Hi Truvy, Skeeter and Dixie❤️❤️
🥰Dixie is a tornado :) That is funny! She is so cute though!!
Love organization videos especially when cute co-workers are shown! I would sell both bye bye Stampinup and in with the newer Tim Holtz paper trimmer !
I organize my stamps and dies similar to this. I use a magnetic sheet for the dies. They all fit in the plastic envelopes.
I’d keep one. They are great for cutting card bases and thicker cardstock the Avery Elle envelopes are what I use but be careful , they do tare easily

Your fur babies are so sweet! The frosty face is such a love. ❤️ If you have not found a home for the paper trimmer I could use it. 💗
I use those bins also and love them, very durable and just the right size

Keep it!
Awesome tips, looks great!😊
Organizing is one of my favorite things to do😊
I do stack my labels on the right (I am right handed), but I also add a category under the name. Then in each company, I can put them by category.
Nice organizing ideas. New subscriber

I finally settled on video cases for stamps and.4x6 photo albums for dies. I'm hoping this will make me use dies more.
I store my stamps/dies like you except I accidentally ordered some tiny zip lock plastic bags and they work great for holding my small dies once I cut them done. Keeps me from losing the dies out of the Avery Elle bags
If I were you I would keep your paper cutters, it is very hard to find ones that cut accurately. 🥰🥰
Dixie’s just a toddler remember when the child was that age
Looking great

This is pretty much how I store mine, except I file by category. I use the original insert instead of cutting a different paper.

I'd love to buy a paper cutter from you...or two...You should keep one. I use 100lb paper from JoAnns and/or Michaels.
❤️❤️❤️
if that's the only guillotine you have keep 1 if you also have another brand then sell
This is how I store my stamps. There are cheaper storage envelopes you can buy.
I'd buy one if you get rid of them...I've been wanting one!
I’d by one if you decide to sell.
Keep one. Sell one.
