Been thinking of buying this case and 3d printing custom feet. I had this idea that I could 3d print , custom feet, flip the case 90 degrees and have in a horizontal layout. The aio would then be top mounted , and the motherboard io will be at the bottom. Will be able to route all cables underneath and out the back

I was thinking that too. I think there’s some aio coolers with the pump built into the radiator and some with the pump that’s in the water line. Either of those might work better perhaps
Another one is no place to mount normal 120cm exhaust fan except at the tiny 5cm gap at the back. Gpu heat up the case real fast that the USB port to wireless mouse and keyboard got so hot they lost connection. The whole metal case and metal top lid heated up, it's not viable for gaming without removing the top lid. Probly why they amde it so. This is probly even worse for gpu cards that blow heat directly out the back into the metal top lid.

water block is higher than the radiator. Poorly positioned, the pump will break faster. because of bubble

nope, the central bracket will block your tubing so only 1 possible orientation

A fatal flaw of this case is that the radiator is below the CPU block which will cause it to fill up with air as the AIO naturally dries up.
