Total time from actual racing 10:24.085 which is the time that matters.
It's been years since I played this game but I'm almost certain that the limit is around 10 minutes. The Lizard is much faster on the first 2 courses.

no, lizard is slower if I use shift down / up trick
lizard doesn't have WR at all course

@@arms08yuki84 It's 100% better in Over Pass City. I can't remember my best times as my PS1 is in storage but you can get up the hills quicker and round some corners more efficiently *if* you know how to drift it properly.

@@philadams9254 no, WR is 2'57 driven with Vanquire / Victoire at over pass city using shift down / up strategy.
hope you can prove that you can beat wr with Bulldog / Tempest but don't think TAS can beat even

is the acceleration different on NTSC? You seem to much easier peg RPM on oval on the assoluto car compared to PAL.

otherwise there is no difference between NTSC-U and PAL, but NTSC-J has slower car
