I already figured out the second glitch because, I was playing as Kylo ren in hero showdown, my opponent was a Luke. And he was acting like he wanted to be friends. I was going to pull him down the shaft, but he pushed me down the shaft before I could. I landed on the part he landed on for the glitch. And I was basically stuck. Then the Luke went towards me to see what happened. Then I pulled him towards me and killed him.
