Desrespeitoso não é mudar o pronome de uma letra, mas desafinar nas próprias músicas,que é o caso de Lana . Tamino, mude quantas vezes quiser, se a música é bem cantada, vale a pena.

In fact, he’s said really beautiful things regarding masculinity and femininity in interviews. He’s done another Lana Del Rey cover (Blue Jeans) where he didn’t change the pronouns. In this cover here, he decided to change the whole song narrator’s perspective, not just pronouns. I find it actually more fun and artistically engaging when artists don’t try to do boring imitations with covers. Be more playful! Change the whole instrumentation, rhythms, narrative perspective! Make covers into « X artist’s interpretation of Z song ».
