I have had my full specked Cupra Born in Australia now for six months and love it. We missed out on the heads up display and didn’t get the app. But it’s a great car to drive and I agree with all the comments you made. The Americans are getting all the features that we would both like to have seen in this car like - dual motor and a little bit more get up and go. Good and honest review, thx.

The WLTP range is 550km, 343 miles. Charging times on public charging depend on so many variables, your times need to be taken with a pinch of salt. In D and B mode, slowing down off pedal or pressing the brake always activated regen first, then when stronger braking is required, the mechanical brakes are used.
Got the same car but a 58 kWh version but mine has the gold and grey alloys and a full pan roof ,although this does not open it lets in loads of light in absolutely love it !

Get our new V3 eboost this week. Some thing you failed to mention is the car with the bigger battery can only carry 2 passengers in the rear due to the bigger battery, also using propper data logging equipment, this car can do 0-60mph in 5.8 secs.
You would love to check out the Mercedes EQS. It has responsive screens, an argument reality HUD and the biggest screen in a car😂. It's quite literally the S-Class of electric vehicles. BTW great Video as always
at 5m10sec, it's not laggy, you're not doing it right. You have to double-click to open the map. And for the lag, the system is using some cache data, this mean the fist time you open a menu, it will take some time, the 2nd time, it will be very quick ! Not that slow and not so complicate after 2 years of use in my Formentor. When you have set up the screen the right way and take habits, it's really practical... Still missing some important fonctionalities though !
Good to know! The map does open with a single tap but it wasn't having it that time 😂 and yeah, you definitely adapt to its ways over time but it definitely needs some work!
Excellent review, dude. My gf just splashed out on a Formentor VZ2 310. It's quick, looks superb, very comfortable, but fuck me, the infotainment is unusable. It's laggy, difficult to navigate, and overly complicated. I drive an OG M2 LCI, and I'm so thankful the tech is pretty basic and that I have buttons 😂. Anyway, it's a shame that Cupra screwed up with the tech, as the cars are great to drive.

It's so silly how much cars are costing us now! Either that or they're taking the p*ss just like the energy companies. A used i3S would be my go to for a small electric car right now

I said that 2 years ago. I had anxiety but eventually u kind of just get used to it and it's no drama. I will never go back to an ice car now.
