personally the most painful part of this was when i hid to heal my characters and the ruin guard, having like 20% health, regenerated all of its health and it was horrible.
And i literally forgot to switch to my healer on my party And the enemy was lvl 79 i also forgot to cook foods still i managed to beat it on 1st try i didnt think i would win actually

@@raiiniiee95 unfortunately, yes. You need at least one bow character with you to defeat their Ruin Hunter. Their only weak spot is the eye, bring a healer with you (like Barbara) to keep yourself healed all the time. I keep Amber with me at all times because I need her when it comes to archer hilichurls.
@@raiiniiee95 i am ar 45 too. and WL 6. i didnt use a bow. lemme give you an advice. dont try to break those red things that buffs them. they are just gonna hit you over and over again while you try to break it. and also the ruin hunter actually starts flying when you climb or fly. so dont elevate yourself in anyways. just be close to the ruin hunter and limit his attacks to only a single swipe and a multi swipe. just try to dps him down. its not that hard. if he does fly(sometimes he does) just run away from the red circles. the area is big and you have plenty of spaces to run away. but using a bow makes it so easy tho. but i am just saying you dont need a bow to do this.
@@hydroarchon5697 I was at 45 as well and didn't use bow either - Amber is STILL my only archer and I haven't really trained long distance fighting. I did destroy first two red things but didn't even try the third one (Venti would be nice during next banners). I just ran around until Hunter came down, got it wet and frozen with Barbara and Qiqi, and destroyed it with Razor.

@@augustussantos he mean go to interactive map, go through all of them again, mark all the spots you've done, you will bump into the one you miss eventually. They will pop up on radar when you wander around the area if you missed it so you can just run around in general spot. That is how i got all my culus.
When I do this quest imma use Mona Lisa xD even tho Lisa is a free character if she’s paired up with a water character like Mona the elemental damage is really high

I fought the "boss" at AL 33, he was lvl 52 and I thought I would be demolished but Venti + Fischl kitting made it such a soft fight. I busted it in 3 minutes. Oh, if you climb to the tallest mountain in Liyue (the one where there's a floating platform built onto some green shit), there's a puzzle that requires you to turn 3 bird statues so they can look at the peak and you get the recipe for that 5 star food item.
@@freshmilk7122 You can literally just tp to a waypoint, there is a waypoint that is close to a Statue of the Seven. That waypoint is on the tallest mountain, but you got to climb just a bit up to get to the floating green platform.

The 5* artifact is godly on barbara when you get the 4 piece set. Barbara will need to be played to heal so once you switch her out she will give team attack buff

I did this quest at AR 45 and forgot to decrease my world level so it was painful But I decided to keep the ring as a form of a trophy But there is another hidden quest where you have to sell three boxes to Linlang AND apparently I cannot complete the hidden quest before completing this one so I'am in quite a difficult situation Whether to give up my trophy for a hidden quest or keep both the ring and the three boxes

I have a suggestion tho, you could use mona and keqing combo for elemental reaction, moreover you could use kaeya as well! So hydro + cyro and end it with electro, that'll do *a lot of damage*
@@AlphaKing239 yes you can, chongyun and xinqiu are one of the best combination... And you can use barbara for healer, you'll feeeze a lot of enemies... Although i won't recommend use fischl since superconduct will reduce enemy physical def, while chongyun attacks deal mostly cryo damage... Try to use xiangling instead since vaporise and melt deals a lot of damage too

I completed this mission so long because when I realized that the statues raised your resistance to running in ar 32 I had already caught all the anemoculus and geoculus that was 4 months ago.
There is a vid guide to help u check for them it helped me massively to find them all just follow the guide and check each spot from the beginning and you should have no issues. Ps Happy hunting may the god Barbados bless you 😆

I just finished this at world level 5 with underlevele characters and damn that was rough. The final boss was level 79 and kept one shotting. I had to cheese the hell behind the pillars and then try to peak with fishl to down him and the damn wind barrier to the 3rd one was atrotrious. I had to use almost 2 of my characters to tank just to get there.
i was only able to finish it on co-op but because i don't have all the geos i'm stuck and can't get the goodies it shouldn't be locked especially as we can open the door with lvl 9 geo pillar
Actually, i haven't found all the geoculus yet but I already activated some of these pillars by accident just by roaming around the map. Lols but yeah good to know what lies ahead. Thanks for this . Good Job.

its very fun to come back to this, a year and some change later to see how different the game but how much has also stayed the same. i recently just finished this quest and i felt the exact same way when fighting the ruin hunter. granted i was a much higher AR and so he was even more scary, but still fun nonetheless

I personally did this quest today as I am relatively new to genshin still (playing for 7 months) and this quest was really easy. Crazy to see how the times have changed for this game lol.
What happened was that I could finally relax and take a well-deserved brake at 5 am after luckily not missing a single one like so many other people did because I really didn't want to go through them all again to find the ones I were missing.
So somehow I was able to open the door at statue level 9. Started the fights, lost and quit, came back in coop and we won. Now all the items in the room say "chest is locked". Wondering if I still have to reach statue level 10 cause I'm confused lol

I was SO lucky bc someone randomly requested to join my world and they hadn't gotten to this part either but they decided to hang around and they helped...I was so thankful they helped me otherwise I wouldn't have beaten it lol

I did this quest at AR 45 and forgot to decrease my world level so it was painful But I decided to keep the ring as a form of a trophy But there is another hidden quest where you have to sell three boxes to Linlang AND apparently I cannot complete the hidden quest before completing this one so I'am in quite a difficult situation Whether to give up my trophy for a hidden quest or keep both the ring and the three boxes

I have a suggestion tho, you could use mona and keqing combo for elemental reaction, moreover you could use kaeya as well! So hydro + cyro and end it with electro, that'll do *a lot of damage*

@@AlphaKing239 yes you can, chongyun and xinqiu are one of the best combination... And you can use barbara for healer, you'll feeeze a lot of enemies...
Although i won't recommend use fischl since superconduct will reduce enemy physical def, while chongyun attacks deal mostly cryo damage... Try to use xiangling instead since vaporise and melt deals a lot of damage too

Keqing isn’t good for reaching high geoculus’s, her skill has a height limit and unfortunately it isn’t exactly high enough, geo traveler does well

I completed this mission so long because when I realized that the statues raised your resistance to running in ar 32 I had already caught all the anemoculus and geoculus that was 4 months ago.

I just finished this at world level 5 with underlevele characters and damn that was rough. The final boss was level 79 and kept one shotting. I had to cheese the hell behind the pillars and then try to peak with fishl to down him and the damn wind barrier to the 3rd one was atrotrious. I had to use almost 2 of my characters to tank just to get there.
i was only able to finish it on co-op
but because i don't have all the geos i'm stuck and can't get the goodies
it shouldn't be locked especially as we can open the door with lvl 9 geo pillar

its very fun to come back to this, a year and some change later to see how different the game but how much has also stayed the same. i recently just finished this quest and i felt the exact same way when fighting the ruin hunter. granted i was a much higher AR and so he was even more scary, but still fun nonetheless

Didn't have a claymore to destroy the stones but Jean and Barbara's healing did carry me in that 2v5, man on man, butt naked, sweaty, SUCCulent stall battle. Took me quite a while against those lv 52 Sonics and 57 Ruin trash at a fresh AR 30, it iz what it izz

The feeling when you were so happy you got the last geoculus only to get to AR 40 right then and not be able to beat the boss
I remember soloing this at ar 48. Mf ruin hunter was level 90 lol Zhongli is really a must have character. Daddy carried me through it, made me finish it in 5 minutes. His shield is IMMACULATE 🤧

Great video but crazy to see Moga and all the comments struggle. Now a days I bet no one struggles or even thinks of this quest as it is so old and is easy now thanks to all the characters we have. I personally did this quest today as I am relatively new to genshin still (playing for 7 months) and this quest was really easy. Crazy to see how the times have changed for this game lol.

Honestly I would have just keep the ring and call it a day.
What happened was that I could finally relax and take a well-deserved brake at 5 am after luckily not missing a single one like so many other people did because I really didn't want to go through them all again to find the ones I were missing.
I actually found a one after I finished levelling up the statue so now I have 1 extra just chilling in my inventory

So somehow I was able to open the door at statue level 9. Started the fights, lost and quit, came back in coop and we won. Now all the items in the room say "chest is locked". Wondering if I still have to reach statue level 10 cause I'm confused lol
