I just listened to this episode yesterday. Denson was the last known person with her, she strangely followed him, they were in a shady parking lot, he was being super sketchy with her phone and his calls to her, the cars entering and leaving that lot, the weird voice messages left of the both of them were found…. Not to mention she had just met him for the first time. He wouldn’t even bring the phone to her workplace when Julie asked him to multiple times. Am I missing something here? It seems obvious that he is at least involved if not responsible. I found it weird that police didn’t look further into him as a suspect. To me it seems pretty clear…
Yea I thought the same things but he was even told by randy that night to bring it to pf changs I think he didn't want to and tried to guess her password and why he called her fb to see if the phone would let him check stuff without unlocking it and I really doubt she would have driven off the boat ramp

RIP Danniella. I rarely post on videos but I wanted to say a couple of things. I hope the truth does out, for her daughter and her family. This case feels very much like someone is guilty of something bad. I did look for an update and saw she would of been 30 in March and that there was a vigil. Also some people won't believe it but her coming to her daughter in a dream to let her know she has passed on but is ok and will continue to come see her is something I experienced only once in my life time and it was a message for someone else and not me. There's something about these dreams and it's hard to explain but I personally believe it. I'd probably be sceptical if I had never experienced it myself.

I am so sad to hear this is how the story ended. She was a young woman trying to turn her life around and be a good mom and she reminds me a lot of my own daughter. It is so sad to think one night of celebrating the goal of buying a car took everything away from her and I truly believe somebody was behind her death. There are too many unexplained questions and I’m sad the police want to slap a Band-Aid on this case and call it closed. I will always hope that the truth will come out eventually and Daniella‘s friends and family will have the answers they seek.
Hello Mr BC. This report is particularly well done, sir. It seems to me that the research and the organization of said collection of research has been very well arranged to optimize our understanding and definitely our connection to this family and her loved ones. Miss Julie truly loves Daniella and little Miss Cora. It is evident that she supported and did her best to help Daniella live her best life and Julie continued total support her as Cora’s mother. While she, her husband (and eventually Cora’s daddy), were doing most of the daily care for the little girl. This is a very good, righteous and loving Godly woman. Can not say enough about the respect this MIL deserves. She has my total respect As far as her causing her own accident into the Bayou-that is complete BS. She got there and didn’t hit anything or anyone? BS I think she was put there. 100%. And not right away. She clearly would have been seen. Get a grip. That last person with her has some explaining to do. What was going on during the fb calls. Why was that man trying to pretend to call her when he clearly had her phone. Why did he pretend to not know her when he was actually the last person to see her alive. Come on Mobile. You are not some dumb country bumpkins from the 40s. You have every bit access to all the scientific advances of the 21st century
I’d want an explanation as to those Facebook voice messages - what was he doing? Where was he? Who was he with??? I’d also wanna see cc tv footage from the bar where he found her phone and see if that’s in-fact how he ended up with it. I’d also check with the e apps like Facebook and Snapchat to see if any of them tracked his or her locations… I wonder if the phones were actually together the whole time. …but mostly just an explanation for those weird voice messages on Facebook AND WHY POLICE PUT SO MUCH EFFORT INTO ACTIVELY NOT DOING THEIR JOBS
I think it’s great that you are helping families out, especially when the feel left out in the cold by law enforcement. My two main questions after listening: what did the guy say that met her at the gas station say about their meeting? That whole part seemed really vague and he seems like the person that would have the most to contribute to what happened . What were they doing while parked? Why would she follow him just to say “I left my phone at the bar”? I understand it’s confusing, but is the families only proof that it wasn’t an accident that the boat ramp was hard to find? What caused the damage to the body of the vehicle and what was the condition of the gps unit that ceased functioning? That last bit is really confusing. Why would she disable it and if it was someone else how did they know it was there?
John M To answer your first question, Denson (the guy with her at the gas station) claims that he had decided not to go to the third bar and was headed home. He said Danniella must’ve been confused and followed him 3 miles before flashing her headlights. After she flashed her headlights, he pulls over into a closed gas station in a rough part of town where she tells him that she lost her phone. They supposedly spent 20 or so minutes looking for her phone before deciding to head back to the bar to look for it
kayla white sounds reasonable but my immediate question to that was why didn’t she follow him out of the gas station and/or why didn’t he wait to make sure she was following him before continuing. Seems like the common sense thing to do. There might be a good answer to it but I’d like to hear it.
@John M You think that sounds reasonable? I think it sounds ludicrous. Makes no sense whatsoever. And why would a girl who never went very far, drive herself into a different town and off a boat ramp?? Answer: she wouldn’t. Plus the audio/voicemail, which is one of the most disturbing things I’ve ever heard. Sometimes you just have to use your perception and intuition when you listen to a story. The answer is usually always in there somewhere...
The Facebook messages was his poor attempt to fabricate an ailibi! I live in Saraland and there's a lot more questions than answers. Cars that are in park don't roll unless forced! I think Denson, Randy, or someone drugged her or even have her a Xanax and took advantage of her. She was not the victim of a random attack someone she was with did it. Maybe a stalker from the car lot and had access to her gps coordinates? Nobody randomly would or could have drive to the boat launch in saraland! Find out who had knowledge of that boat launch
Please read my comment above!! I live in Mobile and I agree. A car can not be moved in park period. You would be dragging it. Unless you are on a steep incline. Not a boat ramp but like what you see going around mountains or parking in san francisco. You know they auctioned her car off to a buyer in china??? Someone saw it online and contacted the news. AND the back seat belt had a portion cut out!! I think she was strangled. I think Mobile police department and coroner are use to obvious signs of trauma like gun shot wounds, beatings and stabbings. They were too inexperienced to handle this. They never get crimes like this. We have so many unsolved murders but not as many homicides in general compared to other counties. Yet they can not solve them. They deal with domestic violence and homicides involving guns and drugs.
Little did he know the swinging dicks for cops dont investigate female homicides or any sexual assaults in the jurisdiction. He went out of his way to fabricate an alibi the cops never even bothered to ask about.
3:42 This is immediately alarming. Wtaf. Why wouldn't the man take the phone to the police. And why doesnt the mom want the phone dropped off at their home?
This was no accident. Like people have said, a drunk girl would not have been able to drive all the way over to that area (hard to get to and not well known) without hitting something first. She did not go there willingly, if she was even the one driving. She barely knew Denson, and you can tell how much authority he had over her in the voicemails, where she says "you're scaring me." He then decides to hold onto her phone, ignoring pleas to hand it over to coworkers. He was the last one to be seen with her. He disabled her GPS at the shell gas station, before heading to that remote area and killing her, staging it as a drunken "accident." It was only minutes away to the bar to get her phone (according to his story), so why would she be all the way over there? This was a clear homicide. What a coincidence the GPS is turned off right at the gas station. I can't believe the incompetence of this police station. They should be sued for negligence. They claimed they didn't capture CCTV footage, and did they even ping Denson's phone? Was Mallory questioned? This is a huge injustice.
I preach this to my friends and family, you should always keep a window breaker and pocket knife in your vehicle at all times, preferably on your key chain. They make a combo seat belt cutter, window breaker that is small and fits on a key chain or hangs on seat belts, it is crazy how many people die from driving into water and are not able to escape! A simple $20 tool could have saved many lives!
It is weird as hell that one of the cops just happened to mark the sunken vehicle's location for a 'training exercise' without knowing what it was. Weird to the extent that I find it pretty hard to believe. Seems pretty convenient to me that a whole pack of cops were there for a 'training exercise' when, oh, gosh! It's a car! And we just learned that! All of us here, together! Nah. And public safety/evidence recovery diving is a specific certification. To do it, you have to be certified to do it. This cop was gonna bring a group of certified specialist divers out to a freakin lake to have a look-see at some random object when he didn't even know what it was? Really? He wasn't going to check that first? Was he a dive instructor, this cop, so that he could do any meaningful training in the first place, of people who were already trained? Seriously...nah.
A car in park, w/ebrake activated? She may have been too drunk to be driving and even if she wasn't she was definitely buzzed. The caller at the end states that road was deep off the beaten path and very dark it doesn't sound to me it would be a road she would've tried. The last man to be with her,Denson, was his phone ever checked to see if his pinged off any towers near that area? He obviously had his on him and could've easily drove her with someone following. Now the ebrake being activated throws off the accident theory because who would pull the ebrake AFTER they accidentally hit water. That rear window being open an inch or two,was on purpose. Most people especially in Alabama would be driving with driver's side down if there's was no a/c on because as stated, the engine was off. Normally a cars ebrake has some slight movement and could be pushed off the boat ramp but this was brandnew /used and dealership would've made sure it was working in order to pass inspection. Could it have been in neutral first and pushed then she pushed it into park to stop the rolling n when that didn't work quick enough she yanked the ebrake? She wouldn't have been able to open windows or unlock since car was off, and car probably wouldn't start once submerged in water, so she was pushed and was drowned. Prayers to Cora n her family.
Everything about this case seems to have been mishandled! The podcast host apparently had contact with the family but didn't have the information to say whether she had sat in her car for and hour or so before heading to the second bar or if she had gotten a lift. Plus it would have been easy enough to determine if the voicemails were created around the same time that the gps was disconnected. It cannot be a coincidence that she goes missing at the same time that is cut. But for me, the most disturbing factor is that the older Male friend of a friend (the man with her phone) did not just return it to randy at heros bar. At the end of the events surrounding her loss of the phone cannot be corroborated and the Facebook messages and calls between them before and after the meeting at the closed petrol station do not explicitly discuss it. As far as I'm concerned the older man at the bar was involved.
@@LukeMcGuireoides Cheers for the name correction, not necessary considering how badly written my comment was... must have been a late one! Nothing more freaky than getting a youtube notification of a comment of just your name. So thanks again for the unexpected heebie-jeebies!
After listening to the Casefile and reading EVERY SINGLE comment, my opinion is that it was an accident. I would not be shocked if years from now it is proven that this was a murder. my opinion. RIP Sweet Danniella!!!
Nah the only evidence there suggests she was under the influence, committed a crime by driving under the influence and getting into a wreck after having multiple substances in her that they specifically say not to drive while taking because it can cause accidents. She likely did this multiple times before and that's why no one is particularly surprised by what happened, she likely kept the same company that she did while being a drug addict too so they're probably used to her ignoring her children and zoning out
I wonder if she left her car door unlocked at Dublins and someone snuck in her car, since the bar’s parking lot at the time was PITCH BLACK right beside a wooded area. Leaving her phone at Dublins on purpose
I truly feel sad for the family and especially for the baby she gave up for adoption. Imagine him getting that letter from his mother on his 18th birthday and then finding out she's passed away to never get to meet her and get answers and closure. 😢
Theirs something about Denson weirdness and being told that night to bring the phone to pf changs then again what 2 more times and still didnt and was trying to get someone to get it why? Why did it take so long to give it up i just find that weird and the fb voice messeges i highly doubt she drove off the boat ramp
So wait, she took painkillers that she wasn't prescribed and the bottle specifically says you shouldn't drive while under the influence of them. Then she then drank alcohol which is something you aren't supposed to do on them because they make you feel intoxicated, dizzy and mentally unwell but she did it anyways and THEN she decided that she'd be fine to drive? Yeah I don't think this was anything but her reckless behavior, and I don't think the police are in the wrong for having that information and then spending their time on cases that are actually important. I think she got herself hurt and we should just be grateful that she didn't hurt anyone else anymore.
Can anyone type out what the two voice mails at 57:04 were saying. Listened several times cannot understand it, and why it was distressing for viewers to listen.
In the first one Daniela said - you're scaring me. And in the second one you could hear denson say - dont touch that. They're disturbing because they were surruptitiosly recorded at what many people believe to be close to the time she was murdered. I believe she was murdered 100%
How drugs blighted this whole family's future. So brave of Daniela to do the right thing for the boy. Bringing another child into rhis messy situation was not the right thing to do. So selfless of her.
❤️🔥👽🔥❤️ I don't get it, she turned right out of the car and THEY pulled over in the shell. What has he said, what happened to last person to see her alive ❓❓
@@feurigerStern it was turned off at some point in the empty gas station. That's where they said it made its last Ping. The unit pings every 4 minutes when the car is on and she supposedly drove away from the gas station as it was on camera, so it was messed with back there. Same place and time denson accidentally made those creepy recordings :/
No disrespect but she sounded completely drunk on the recording - he sounded calm and relaxed. I’m sure it was an accident - painkillers + alcohol = traffic accident…. Very sad.
Yeah I've known people who were on those meds before and they basically can't control their movements when they drink, it amplifies both of the intoxicating effects of the meds and the alcohol at once. I definitely think she caused her own accident and we can at least be grateful that she didn't hurt anyone else with her reckless behavior.
There's overwhelming evidence that she was driving impaired. There's almost no evidence that she was a victim of violence. But her family & friends won't accept the obvious conclusion that she drove into the river. They'd rather have someone else to blame.
@To Release is To Resolve The voicemails of someone telling her not to touch something, the third car that arrived at the gas station, the fact that the GPS went off at the gas station and that she went missing the same day she bought a car, and that she made it 15 miles to a body of water deep enough to completely submerge the car for a year without anyone noticing. It would also be pretty hard to drive yourself impaired 15 miles in a highly populated area without hitting something.
Hahaha, nick. Just because you've got a good buzz doesnt mean you're going to drive a maze like route to a place you never go to to a boat ramp you probably didnt even know was there. There was definitely foul play involved. The fact that her GPS was disconnected is a major indicator. You sound like one of those prudes who doesnt care what happens to people if you dont approve of their lifestyle
@@LukeMcGuireoides If their lifestyle includes driving impaired you're damn right I don't approve. What kind of GPS was turned off?? Was it her phone GPS, an OEM vehicle GPS or a separate unit? ( I watched this video last year & I forget a lot of detail. )
@@3sterling811 lmao alrighty, two can play at this game. Ever been through these areas? Ever actually live in them? Those communities are poor and many in financial ruins, no doubt. However, the ever growing "urban population" has a direct correlation with the rise in violent crime. Those areas you described do not have thugs shooting up the streets and robbing homes. Plenty of crime statistics support this assertion. If you ever actually go through the "drug addict bible thumping" neighborhoods, you are saddened by the poverty and state of decay but never feel like you're about to get robbed or shot. The other population's neighborhoods on the other hand.... well you know if you're intellectually honest. Piss off
Why is no one blaming the guy in his early 40s that had Danniella's phone, left weird voice mails where u can hear them both where she sounds like she's on drugs and his alibi seems to be that he was with her? People have been put to death with less evidence

You know what your right...when I first heard it I thought it sounded like a cop. His voice the way he spoke. A cop Could have been off duty. In his own car. I definitely think there is some cover up Of some kind- somewhere!
I'd say that she was driven into the river by another person but unfortunately that will be next to impossible to prove, at least they found her as some people are never found. RIP
Whoever disabled the GPS killed her. Am I the only one who thinks she was intercepted by a dodgy car dealer(s) who took a liking to her that day. Tracked her and befriended her at the fuel station. Drove her to a quiet spot where something went very wrong and they disposed of her. I can’t believe that the dealership can have access to GPS tracking like that! Surely that is a contravention of civil liberties…
And no its not a violation because your willingly sign a contract acknowledging the device is on the car. Its on there because people do not pay their car notes and hide the cars or sale them. My dad use to repo cars but it was without tracking devices. He die it the old school way. Thats if the car lot finances it through a bank. Its not ur property yet. Make on tie payents adnot get behind otherwise they get what your paid, downpayment whatever monthly payents and ur car to resale it again for the same price. Less a $1000 or so for mileage.
Lol right, people seem to forget that part. She also did it under the influence of drugs that are already going to make someone drowsy and something you abolutely shouldn't take if you're also taking alcohol. She did those things of her own free will, she was a horrible person and we should just be happy that she didn't hurt anyone else on her destructive path

Woooow you gotta wonder why MPD DON'T seem to wanna SOLVE this case could it be that maybe 1 of their own are involved?? Its a red flag getting rid of her car so fast & not telling ne1 about the broken seatbelt in the back ! ! ! Also the investigators who1st found the car said it would be difficult to tell where Danniella was sitting becuz of the decomposition but yet the police insist she wuz in the drivers seat IMO if sum1 from MPD wasn't directly involved they KNOW who wuz & could be close friends with the person but they are hiding something thats for sure & Just a resident of the bayou said that given all the activity that goes on there that there wuz no way the vehicle had been there undetected for over 9 months come on this poor girl got ROBBED of justice I'm glad she has to people in her life that care becuz the MPD sure as hell don't ! ! ! 🙏R.I.P Danniella🙏Give this girl & her family the justice they deserve ! ! ! Here's another example of why so many HATE the police ! ! !
Aint no way the police dont have some level of involvement, even if their involvement was simply turning their heads the other way. If they cared, why not investigate her phone messages more and the voicemessages left, try and identify or profile the male voice in the call or figure out what they were saying. Even leaving out details about the car like the seatbelt was important info to release. And if they thought her death was an accident, why keep the case open unless it was to satisfy her friends and family they were "doing their job". It doesnt say in the video, but were the people she last saw interviewed more after the report or after she was found? Was there no cause of death found? What about any toxicology or autopsy reports. You hear about cases with less known information being solved. The police werent preventing her case being solved, but they certainly weren't helping. She was known to be caring for her daughter and wanting and starting on a path upwards in life before she went missing, so why say her death was an accident, even while they note there was evidence she was conscious and trying to get out of the car while it sank. The suspect could have knowledge of how phones track the user which is why they left it at the bar on a car so it didnt look suspiciousand if the car was 2014, i would assume it had some sort of tracking in it other than the post installed onr by pearl automotive. If the police really cared, they would have kept the car for evidence or in case of a breakthrough, not give it back to be sold as parts. And police finding the car is shady itself because they could have tampered with the scene before officially reporting or investigating and no one would be the wiser.
Police should track Denson’s phone during the crucial hours after Daniella’s last hours. But this being Mobile PD it’s most likely never done. They’re a bunch of over paid imaginary heroes. .
How does no one know this case is closed? She drove her car drunk off a bridge into a river. They found her. You can tell by the accidental voicemail how shit faced she was

Can not say enough about the respect this MIL deserves. She has my total respect
As far as her causing her own accident into the Bayou-that is complete BS.
Fishy as hell that the police seem to be trying to cover up some things.
Alabama seems to be known for this...
@cedrics5241 Hollywood isn't really life lol
@@AmonAnon-vw3hr Yes, in reality this stuff happens because the police are just lazy.
Cops were in on it.
They are the most corrupt dangerous violent gangs in any country. Ran by pd0z and fr33masons.
Randy has an alibi
Thanks again Mate 🇦🇺
That voice recording thing was quite creepy. But it defentally sounded like whoever recorded was doing something sketchy.
He was molesting her
Something happened to the GPS on the car at the Shell station. The people with her there know something! Speak up and let her family have closure.
No really that's why the last person the one with her phone isn't and I know the other 2 know somethings up with his story
Julie is the greatest human being ever
I am wondering what came of the accidental voicemails?
Smooth Walrus The police think it was an accident and haven’t commented on the voicemails
Yep, me to Meagan

@@LukeMcGuireoides Cheers for the name correction, not necessary considering how badly written my comment was... must have been a late one! Nothing more freaky than getting a youtube notification of a comment of just your name. So thanks again for the unexpected heebie-jeebies!
the voice sounded very authoritative… like ya know, a cop. i wouldn’t put anything past these small town bible belt cops.
This doesn't sound like an accident at all.
zauza marisa Definitely no accident! Justice for Danniella👊🏻💜🐝
J E84 Just curious, what makes you think it was an accident?
No way. This was a murder
My first thought when hearing the second butt dial was that the voice sounded like law enforcement.
After listening to the Casefile and reading EVERY SINGLE comment, my opinion is that it was an accident. I would not be shocked if years from now it is proven that this was a murder. my opinion. RIP Sweet Danniella!!!
Why am I tearing up?
God this makes me so mad. There’s CLEARLY enough evidence to suggest a homicide. That dude who had her phone looks super super suspicious imo
I agree!!!
Nah the only evidence there suggests she was under the influence, committed a crime by driving under the influence and getting into a wreck after having multiple substances in her that they specifically say not to drive while taking because it can cause accidents.
She likely did this multiple times before and that's why no one is particularly surprised by what happened, she likely kept the same company that she did while being a drug addict too so they're probably used to her ignoring her children and zoning out
whooohoo casefile
And why did he take a picture of himself standing at the bar getting the phone
So wait, she took painkillers that she wasn't prescribed and the bottle specifically says you shouldn't drive while under the influence of them. Then she then drank alcohol which is something you aren't supposed to do on them because they make you feel intoxicated, dizzy and mentally unwell but she did it anyways and THEN she decided that she'd be fine to drive?
Yeah I don't think this was anything but her reckless behavior, and I don't think the police are in the wrong for having that information and then spending their time on cases that are actually important. I think she got herself hurt and we should just be grateful that she didn't hurt anyone else anymore.
awesome. you said Mobile (city) right!
@@LukeMcGuireoides thanks
Just a heads-up: When someone is adopted, it becomes ‘father’ and NOT ‘stepfather’.

I don't get it, she turned right out of the car and THEY pulled over in the shell. What has he said, what happened to last person to see her alive ❓❓
To make things clearer, the Bible held does not suffer from the crime rate cited. Those crime rates are owned by Alabama.
Why wasn't the GPS locator used to track down Danniella's car?
It stopped working on the night she went missing.
@@sbug2705 Wondering why. Maybe it was ruined when the car sunk in the water or the murderer dismantled it.
Why does it sound like the police had something to do with it? I would've bought the accident theory if the issue of CCTV hadn't come up.
You an Aussie.... Here's hoping you don't live in Victoria. If you do, stay safe!!!
Weird how you add an r to Danniella and remove the r from Tyler… Daniellier and Tyla 😂😂😂
unsolved
Alright, Comment Number # 3 ! Casefile Rocks !
You cant prove either. Id say its more likely she saw foul play
Denson White, that you?
Hahaha, nick.
Just because you've got a good buzz doesnt mean you're going to drive a maze like route to a place you never go to to a boat ramp you probably didnt even know was there. There was definitely foul play involved. The fact that her GPS was disconnected is a major indicator. You sound like one of those prudes who doesnt care what happens to people if you dont approve of their lifestyle
@@LukeMcGuireoides If their lifestyle includes driving impaired you're damn right I don't approve.
What kind of GPS was turned off??

Many of the Bible Belt resident’s have become drug addicts, so yeah the violence is because of the people he’s describing, lol. 🙄
Piss off

Whoever disabled the GPS killed her. Am
I the only one who thinks she was intercepted by a dodgy car dealer(s) who took a liking to her that day.

Phones are easy to track if the mpd actually want to find out what happened, if someone else's phone was in or near her car it will tell the story.
Cell towers are only able to track the basic area where a phone is.

Lol right, people seem to forget that part. She also did it under the influence of drugs that are already going to make someone drowsy and something you abolutely shouldn't take if you're also taking alcohol.

Denson white did it
She got pulled over, was the cops
Lol the Netflix TV shows you watch aren't real life.
Real life isn't one of your Hollywood movies lol.
LE dropped the ball on this case .

You can tell by the accidental voicemail how shit faced she was
I dont think you know what you're talking about. She didnt drive off a bridge. Indont think you listened closely enough to the episode to pick up on why we think there was foul play involved. There were plenty of reasons.
