What is your favorite way to invite people to Trello?

there is no "add member" section in that menu on my version, is that an upgrade

The interface has changed a little since this video was first made. Near the top center of your board, you will see an icon to the right of your profile picture. It is called 'Invite to Board'.

Simpletivity thank you for your reply, I eventually found it, now I am wondering if those that are invited can add cards, it seems they get the board with the tasks but no 'add another card" option, so much time gets wasted looking for things that are not there or are in an upgrade that the developers just haven't made it clear.... thanks again for the reply.

As soon as they've created their Trello account, they should be able to add cards.
