@Jan Nowak due to regulations it is not allowed to drive 100mph (180 km/h) here, but I did it once in germany and noise is acceptable to me. Certainly at 60 mph it is fine. Ok my fathers audi q9 does a better job regarding noise, but is is way more expensive as well, also uses more fuel.
The auto stop feature on this car is a life saver, I consider myself a good driver but there are times where I’m looking elsewhere and my car will auto brake if I get too close to another vehicle
My 2018 C-HR (XLE) was @ a complete stop on the freeway & was hit by a plumbing van going 45mph 😣 Was pleasantly surprised how little damage there was. Tail lights, bumpers, & ¼ panels had to be replaced. No frame damage, pups were ok, & i walked away injury free 🙌🏼 Fun & safe car to drive!
The only thing that I dislike about this car is that I can't open the trunk from the inside or by key. The trunk itself is heavy to open, but I still love my C-HR. Super smooth

I live in Maui, Hawaii, our streets are sometimes small and easy to cross without getting ticketed for jaywalking. With that being said, my CHR stopped me from kneecapping obliviously unaware idiots.
We bought a 2020. It's a good car. Comfortable on long drives. Reasonable on fuel. The smartphone conductivity is great. Small criticism: make the cruise control as smooth as Honda's. Stereo's sound is poor. A Costco shop will barely fit in the car the interior is small. Washing the car with all that edgey plastic and concave surfaces is a pain.

I'm surprised how well this did. I thought it would do as well as a Honda HRV but its surprisingly durable. Toyota did a great job with structural reinforcement on this. I just wish it came in AWD and a more powerful and engine stock. It looks great lowered and is pretty attractive on the street.
Why does nobody ever mention the "self healing paint" future of the new 2022 C-HR 1.2 T Luxury CVT? Well, to my delightness I just discovered it! Last week I parked my brand new C-HR in the parking lot of a hospital. When I return to my car I made a horror discovery of a door that was slammed into the passenger side of my car! Fortunately, no dent, but a 20cm long scratch, deep enough to see the metal underneath at some areas.... I was devastated, the first installment just went off my bank account, with only 400km on the clock.... I could kill at that moment, but there was no way to know who was the culprit, because the parking on the passenger side was empty.... I was so disappointed, I did not want to look at the scratch for days... and this morning I wanted to show it to my friend, and to my shock there was NO sign of the scratch! NOTHING, not even the slightest hint of a mark! Yes, the 2022 C-HR repaired itself! Apparently the self healing future of the paint is triggered by sun, and it will repair small scratches for about six to eight years, before loosing the ability. I just LOVE my wonder car!

i agree, however i have been using the radar cruise control and been cut off, it will brake very heavily if it needs to. My only question is, when the car slows down on the cruise control, do the brake lights come on? IF not, tha could be an issue
Asphalt8ficionado are you sure about that? I would think so but the brake light is typically activated when the pedal is pressed. I heard of someone testing it and they said it doesn't come on.
Wife had a seizure behind the wheel of our 18 CHR, 3 vehicles involved. She walked away with bruises from the seatbelt & airbags. Car was totaled, crushed to the firewall.

Развернуть машину в заносе не получится , очень старался,но не получилось.. а круиз с соблюдением дистанции- это чудо какое то , сама тормозит вплоть до остановки..и вобще очень даволен авто!!!
99%of this car I absolutely love. 1% wishes it wasn't so gutless. I wish that electric motor was utilised better so you got to enjoy the instant torque an electric motor should benefit you with. Instead it's just a dull grind of the CVT and barely any electric motor assistance when you need it most. GIVE ME A PROPER ELECTRIC MOTOR AND MAKE THIS CAR PERFECT
Toyota viet nam is always total different. Only 2 Air bags in cars but they dont open usually even heavy crash. Toy viet nam is very famous for this in Viet Nam.
