The color, or the sexual preference has nothing to do with basketball. Caitlin Clark came into the league the number one NCAA scorer of all time. She was also number three in assists. Her award total was more than the next three total. Clark is a once in a lifetime player. Then put down the role model standing and respect for the game and other players. Clark is deserving of every accolades available to her. The media and the current leaders of the WNBA are afraid they will be replaced.

I never watched basketball, men's or women's, until CC. Yes, she is super talented. I love to watch those 3 point shots (from the logo?!), and her passing, very flashy. And the fact that she is a rookie makes it even better. She has an energy that lifted not only her team and her fellow players, but the whole league. The fact that she is a white girl in a (mostly) black league makes her stand out also. It would have the same effect if she was a black girl in a white league (like Tiger). And her personality also makes her stand out. She seems so positive and outgoing. She is not just playing basketball, she is entertaining the crowd. She seems to care about her fans. She doesn't complain about all the fouls that are being committed against her. Those fouls just diminish the other players. Could you imagine CC doing that to someone? I can't. That is also part of her appeal. It is called sportsmanship.
But after watching some other games with some other teams, I have to agree with Monica McNutt. There are some REALLY good women on some of these teams. Some perhaps even better than CC. But as good as they are, they are missing a piece of the package. CC has the whole package. And she is a rookie!!!

I played semi-pro football. I dint understand this color thing. I would think and believe it’s love of the game. Color has nothing to do with that ring. That ring is a lifetime. Granted my ring may not be the NFL, but there are a set number of rings like it. I’m proud to be a part of that club with a ring. Just as proud of that uniform I wore in the military. It’s love of the game. I don’t care about skin color. I just want to win.

all it takes it's not like you didn't have playoff experience in high school it's not like you did not have playoff experience in college so it really doesn't matter whether you have playoff experience in the playoffs or not I don't care what anybody says I played four years of college and the playoff experience in college wasn't any different than the playoff experience in high school or you can run to 40 in quickness and speed dominates everything else in every single sport there is besides Golf and I don't consider that an athletic sport when a pot-bellied man that's in his fifties can go out there and beat thinner men half his age that is not an athletic sport when that man could not run the 40 in 15 seconds I ran the 40 in 4.6 in junior high so that tells you golf is not an athletic sport it is more of a mental game where basketball is both but it is mostly quit twitch memory it is mostly athletic ability and the mental IQ of seeing the floor the basketball IQ better player must have to be great but also in Caitlin's Clark for me to ever consider her great I don't care what records she has broken she has to learn to play defense because her defense sucks as does most of the fever players that's why they will not get past the first round play might win the first round but they will not win their next game they don't have the defense for it doesn't matter how many points you score if you don't play defense you cannot be the greatest player if you do not play great defense because there are other girls out there that are as good on offense as you are that
