Esthetically it looks beautiful. You did a great job Hanna. My only concern, as a buyer walking into this home, is that by having the couch face the kitchen there is nowhere to hang a TV. I don't think many people would like to have their couches facing their kitchen. Something to think about as you are getting ready to list the home.
Yeah, that is true. I think she made that mistake because they don't have a TV at their house. I don't have a TV at my house so I ddnt pick up on it until you mentioned it.

@@nancycolbert2703 Without a division between the dining and the "office", it wouldn't be a pleasant view for diners. Another option could be to put the dining room in with the kitchen and make the long room the living room. Then an office might work.

Was wondering the same! Eventually I figured it could be a cultural/religious thing. I know some followers of certain religions don't own TVs. And perhaps the kitchen is where most time is spend, so great to have a big couch there.

Centering the couch makes the room look smaller. Moving it down toward the plant and putting the leather chair cornered in the extra space will give the illusion its bigger and can sit more people. The lounger stops the eye taking away the actual size of the room. Knowing where to place a television maybe something to think about.

There’s enough room if you turned the couch around and put one on that wall, or you could put one on the wall where the leather chair is and have a small love seat or two recliners out in the middle of that space and make it a little tv area
My thoughts exactly, because tv’s don’t (imo) belong in the bedroom. That little nook across the dining room, I would have made it into an office. But like I said in my opinion 🤷🏻♀️ Can’t believe it was in January you started this tiny house. 👍🏼

It looks really lovely!!! ....if I was the buyer though I think the living room feels quite limited on space and I would want to see it with the couch around the other way and TV on the wall to see if there is enough space between the kitchen stools and back of the couch.

My thoughts exactly, because tv’s don’t (imo) belong in the bedroom. That little nook across the dining room, I would have made it into an office. But like I said in my opinion 🤷🏻♀️

....if I was the buyer though I think the living room feels quite limited on space and I would want to see it with the couch around the other way and TV on the wall to see if there is enough space between the kitchen stools and back of the couch.
