Inspector Quinn (sorry if spelling is wrong) seems like a nice light heart guy on this show/ video. However I'm sure he's been thru tough times and met tough criminals and the job was a lot harder, perhaps at times even life threatening. The Inspector and the Judge in my humble opinion make a great team or colleagues.

Not really. Most times you take the time to fight a ticket they reduce it or throw it out because very few take a day off work to fight them. Plus people from all over send him checks to use for the people that have run into troubles & can't pay their fines. Lots of generous people send hundreds on each check or businesses will send $ so they have the tax write off plus he uses their names on the show. win-win

There is no judge and/or "inspector" mingling with each other on my side of town. This judge is great and have watched a few videos... he's even inspiring, but we don't get that on the inner city, even for traffic cases.
Recently moved to Ohio and I got a judge quite like this. If I remember right his name was O'Brian/Brien. Whatever it may be, his antics were very much like what I see on RUclips here with this channel. The people in these communities need to embrace what they have, and take these judge's advice. They may not technically be looking out for you, but they will listen. It really seems like people like this care about their community.
I think this court is not just red light and perking ticket, it is a class.

I am a Filipino and I live in the Philippines. I love listening to Judge carpio and look for the streets or areas where the violation was committed. And I hope I can see him personally if I have a chance.

500$ for loud music?! That´s waaay too much. doesn´t hurt anyone and it happens so why would you have to pay that much for it but just like 75 dollar or even less for going over a red light? Doesn´t make any sense.
But don´t want to be so negative you just have to love this judge. You can learn so many life lessons from him.

Just because someone went on a red light, parked in a no parking zone or whatever the reason if it was done for a reasonable reason they should be dismissed especially if no one got hurt or crime commited...
@Wyatt Hitchcock - This is exactly what I think. If you Google about her show you will to find some facts about what most of actual judges think about her, and about how show works. I'm sorry for saying that, but the only word in my mind when I think about her and her show is: disgusting. Pretty much the opposite of what happens when I watch Caught in Providence.
