I have started releasing suffering at the moment I realized there is no need to suffer. I have suffered for most of my life especially emotionally, but I decided I had enough and started to look seriously inside and decided no more of this stuff. Sometimes it arises, but I quickly get rid of it. Thank you Adamus and Masters that helped me to evolve.❤
