its miku! the shadows fricking miku! i just notest that the shadow was crying because it was miku! it cried because she killed every one and the letter was the bad end!
This song is awesome, coupled by the great animation! And I love how crazy Hatsune Miku looks like. Read the lyrics and I love it lol. The tone of the song sounds like a lullaby which makes it that much more creepy.
This song is so deep. I was in a deep state of depression and i was perusing the web when i came across this. I was so close to ending my life then i stumbled upon this lyrical masterpiece. Her wise words of wisdom have helped me threw this and shown me that there is always hope.
Hey Guys! I've been saving my money up for the right supplies and I'm most likely going to change this channel into a gaming channel.~ Give me some feedback on what you guys think in the comment section or in my inbox. If i see it a lot, then i might still make drawing videos. ^.^ Oh and it'll be an Xbox Game play with games such as CoD and such. Thanks for reading. I'll be waiting for your opinions :)
I like this translation, because the english lyrics match up with the music/singing so that means I can sing it in English without having to mess with the music. XD And I like this song because...I like this song! :D
this is my favourite bc like there's all these foreboding figures with a shit ton of corpses and then she gets a knife and they're like "FUCK FUCK GET OUT NVM JUST FUCKING RUN"
New theory posting time. they now have the third out called Twilight Night. (major part in it. they show a cardboard version of miku killing everyone and then zoom out to show miku watching. good job people who said miku was the shadow. but we still dont know for sure (or am I over thinking things) and this is so not a trilogy. someone said it could even be five parts (dear god I hope not).)
OH MY GOODNESS. This would be the greatest musical ever. There could be some references to Conchita (the mistress could have a very strange taste in food... as in eating everything lol) and Trick and Treat (the reason Miku got lost in the first place) and OMGSQUEE AHHHHH
Old comments, but Bad End Night is the first song of a 4 part series. In the song Everlasting Night we find out that Miku actually saves everyone from the fake world by killing herself.
Continued, Part 2... Driven insane by what she's seen and expects to happen, the girl begins killing everyone, including herself. The shadow appears after they all are dead and applauds the show. Grabbing the letter on the ground, the shadow reads it: To-Mikuo, my best friend From-Miku The shadow, which was a former 'Main Character' a few days before Miku, cries, for his name is Mikuo.
Well, she couldn't have left yet, because there are two other songs about the same story with slightly different endings. This is her first night. Crazy Night is her second night when she becomes aware of the fact that she is repeating the same night and she keeps doing something wrong. Twilight Night is when she realizes that the letter isn't the ending but rather she needs to write an ending, but by the time she figures it out the night is over and she must wait until the next night.
There is a manga I found, it was only two books but it was based off this song. im just going to say the manga was VERY good and explained the story really well, its called Bad End Night
my take on this song is Miku is lost and fights a manor and the owners of the manor try to trap her there but Miku gets scared onces she realizes that and so she rips the arms of the clock out and desiceds to free her self by killing them.in the end a Youkai(or demon) shows up and thanks her for the show she put on and then time returns to normal and then she can leave.
Well there's a supposed sequel planned for an album. The song will be called 「Crazy ∞ nighT」 so maybe all will be revealed then when "EXIT TUNES PRESENTS Vocaloconnection" is released.
Basically the shadow was the audience. Let me explain. The letter is an invitation to the mansion which is really a performance. They sing dance 'make merry' that's why it says forget your lines and stage things like that. When Miku (The villager) kills the whole cast. The shadow is impressed something new has happened. But weeps with the invitation because there will be no more performances. :) I think that's right. I may be slightly of but that is the main story!
How I see the story: Miku comes to the mansion where she is greeted by some very nice people who throws a party for her. Later, Rin and Len warns her about something. She don't understand it and gets scared. She finds a secret room and see all the dead people. Then she understands what Rin and Len tried to tell her. She run to find the 'key'. The 'key' is a knife that she uses to kill all the people in the house with. Then she realize what she did, Miku is the shadow who starts to cry...
After hearing Crazy nighT, the letter makes a lot more sense. The reason the 'Crazy Night' (the 'play') went crazy is because they were missing a page. I'm gonna take a wild stab and guess that the letter was the missing page.
they show the clock saying that at midnight just before the morning if she does not find a way out she will die like the others. Maybe she kinda looses it and finds out the only way is to kill everyone else before they kill her. So with her cuteness and her 'key' she kills everyone. Miku is the first person to ever get a good ending and escape. The shadow then claps at the proformance of the girl... But maybe cries because there is nothing left for her to do? Or its the past memory of miku... :]
OK. this is how i see it: the shadow (possibly future miku) is controlling the people of the house to preform a 'play' which lures little girls in who get lost in the woods, then lets them decide how the play will end. But so far it has always been a 'bad end night' and the girls end up dying at the end of the night(the coffins). Miku goes in and everyone is preforming 'to the script'. She sees the room with the coffins and realises they are all dead girls...
There are some explanations, you can choose which you believe. 1. It's a future Miku, crying because she saw the whole story again. 2. It's a ghost / shadow called Mayu, the leader of the whole play, and the others are the actors. Mayu spreads a letter around a town and Miku is this time the victim. But Miku is making a Happy End instead of a Bad End Night, and all the actors are killed, but Miku can leave the house. Mayu cries because she never has another show again, they're all killed by Miku
*JEEESUS JEEESUS*

its miku! the shadows fricking miku! i just notest that the shadow was crying because it was miku! it cried because she killed every one and the letter was the bad end!

Continued, Part 2...
Driven insane by what she's seen and expects to happen, the girl begins killing everyone, including herself. The shadow appears after they all are dead and applauds the show. Grabbing the letter on the ground, the shadow reads it:
To-Mikuo, my best friend
From-Miku
The shadow, which was a former 'Main Character' a few days before Miku, cries, for his name is Mikuo.
Wooh o.o! "Please have some tea..." "Nope nope nope... Im good but thanks e.e..."
This is a great song and manga!
I like the way you think! XD

Miku makes an adorable murderer...
Also, I love how chaotic this song seems. It's one of my favorite songs!

2:46 "Nyaa!" :3

Wait why was this in a cheerful vocaloid playlist? Amongst Dancing Samurai and Weekender girl???

I think it's like Prim Marlon from DoE, where we had no idea until the end that she was actually the one who caused everything
Listen to Nekomura Iroha's voice. She sounds like the shadow, a lot. I think it is her voicebank they used for the shadow.
Yeah, that's probably it! :3 (I had run out of characters before. XD)

i am american dont know any diff languge and is from lauisiana but yet i can still sing this in what ever langue it is in XD thumbs up if u can also
@Lightningtail Haha I was thinking the same thing!
A new Vocaloid named Mayu
OK. this is how i see it:
the shadow (possibly future miku) is controlling the people of the house to preform a 'play' which lures little girls in who get lost in the woods, then lets them decide how the play will end. But so far it has always been a 'bad end night' and the girls end up dying at the end of the night(the coffins). Miku goes in and everyone is preforming 'to the script'. She sees the room with the coffins and realises they are all dead girls...
Huh... That makes a lot of sense...
omfg I spent 20 mins trying to read what it said at the end and all it said was "thanks for watching"....
A horror pixel rpg but the characters are self aware
Actually it's Mayu when she was in construction. The new EXIT TUNES vocaloid. The first one of theirs too.
wow that was scary .. but thanks a lot ^0^
SOMEHOW i actually like this..
lol the thanks for watching appeared for like less than half a sec
There are some explanations, you can choose which you believe.
1. It's a future Miku, crying because she saw the whole story again.
2. It's a ghost / shadow called Mayu, the leader of the whole play, and the others are the actors. Mayu spreads a letter around a town and Miku is this time the victim. But Miku is making a Happy End instead of a Bad End Night, and all the actors are killed, but Miku can leave the house. Mayu cries because she never has another show again, they're all killed by Miku
She has to find a way out by midnight... turn the clock back? :)
Mayu wasn't announced when this was made...
A lot of people, thats basically what she has to serach for. :')
But honestly, i wondered what those things were in the first place too.
So I guess Japanese songs are better than English then? Okay.
