My daughter-in-law had her second child back in November so she’s a second time breastfeeding mom. But Lil’ man prefers the bottle over the breast, so she spends a lot of time pumping. As long as the baby is getting what they need, your doing your job as a parent. Even if you feel like it’s not the way you wanted it to go. I’m so happy for you guys, I can’t wait to watch her grow up and you guys grow as a family. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hey Lacey, have you spoken to a lactation consultant or specialist? It’s ALWAYS worth asking for help to make breastfeeding comfortable for both of you - there’s all sorts of reasons breastfeeding might be a struggle and it might even be that she’s so small she’s struggling to latch. There are lots of great forums and mum groups on Facebook that can give loads of advice on what worked for them and there are even RUclips videos :)

Diaper changing pads are great! My daughter just uses the next disposable diaper but I personally liked the pads because they were bigger just in case you had a little more messy occasion. She is beautiful! So happy for you guys! Her name is darling!

What I did during the diaper changes for the girls, because of course there is an extra set for my boy, but I had so many receiving blankets. I always used one folded up to put under them, when I was changing the diaper. I had an extra diaper pad that I ended up rarely using, but just a suggestion! What I did during the diaper changes for the girls, because of course there is an extra set for my boy, but I had so many receiving blankets. I always used one folded up to put under them, when I was changing the diaper. I had an extra diaper pad that I ended up rarely using, but just a suggestion! He kept repeating it "'Bexley Cove, Bexley Cove" and said "that is quite the name. That's the name of someone who will do big things. I'm picturing turning on the news and hearing 'and signing off for the night, I'm Bexley Cove' or 'I'm meteorologist Bexley Cove, and this is your 5-day forecast.'" Love it, love it, LOVE it! Something about the middle name ties it together flawlessly.
