the litter on the tracks is an eyesore... the Railways should do.something about it... it can employ vacuum cleaning machines to start with. the reason for trash is due to people travelling in the sleeper and general classes..due to the fact that there are no dustbins available...it is rather appalling that Railways thinks that only AC class passengers require dustbins !! though this is not a sufficient reason for passengers to throw litter out of the window shamefully... there is lack of awareness and education on cleanliness around us... everything is taken for granted...
