I don’t really see how a 5’0 tall 30 year old woman dressing up as a school girl and sneaking into high school is preventing school shootings, but I think it is kind of funny. It was a good excuse after she was arrested though.

Its kind of scary how she was able to get through 1st period all the way to her last class without anyone noticing, Schools need more security and protect the kids, imagine if someone had bad intentions..She just proved her point💯.
That's literally the point she was trying to make by doing it. A person meaning harm could potentially sneak into a school and pose as a student undetected. Despicable

Students are not supposed to wear their hoodies over their heads inside the building. As a teacher at a new school during covid I can tell you it’s totally possible to not know 100% what a kid looks like with a mask on vs with that mask off. Now at the same time I find it hard to believe that she got away with that all day. I’d like to think that I would have noticed. BUT I am very engaged with all of my students -as much as some of them may dislike that fact. It also surprises me that none of the students made her. My 4th grade students tell on each other constantly, even their BFFs. Seems shady to me.
How’d she get away with walking around the school grounds without a pass?? Random teachers I didn’t know would call any kid out for being alone in the halls
@@iBeFloe Did you watch the video. She checked in with her daughters ID and went to all of her classes as her. She wasn't just walking around without a pass
Plot twist: the principal she said good morning to, was actually the principal's 13 year old son in disguise. He didn't want to give himself away, that's why he let her go.
Well in that school apparently so.. but I don't think the circumstances are usual.. especially since we currently have to wear masks that cover half our face.. and I know most schools do not allow you to wear a hood in class.. also sadly it seems that her daughter had no friends.. how would no other students not realize there was something "off" about Julia that day.. so that all seemed to work well with her going undetected for the time she was there.
No.. she used her daughters school ID number to get in, she used her daughter's clothing , she also has the same body features as her daughter, height, complexity, and facial features, she went to the exact classes as her daughter since she had full knowledge of the class schedule and avoided being caught earlier , at lunch, she stayed in areas the her daughter frequents and avoided recognition due to those... see, not anyone can go in, since if anyone else tries to go in ,it would stand out immediately at the door , and not having the ID, creates an automatic lock down situation and police is made aware .
No If anyone eles tried to they would be stopped. The difference is the mother had a school badge and is the exact same size as the daughter and has similar features. If you tried this with your son wouldn't go down the same way.

The daughter's friends were in on the whole ridiculous thing. This woman wanted attention over her need to prove a point. She was quite concerned about how many people saw her video. She's 30 yrs old with a 13 year old daughter. Seems to me she must've missed out on some things in her youth.
What does this say for each of her child's teachers? Are they so tuned out that they didn't notice a strange "child" in their classroom??? This is certainly an issue for security, but the more glaring issue for me is the lack of engagement by the teachers. How must her daughter feel each day in classes with teachers that literally don't SEE her? It's heartbreaking!
Think about it students are required to wear masks and are social distancing from teachers...6 feet apart with a hoodies. In these conditions engagement is impossible, let’s hope for the best come September.

if my kid told me their school's security sucked and i started plotting something, you can bet your ass they and their friends would know and i sure as hell would not implicate them in the aftermath. i suspect this mom didn't just wake up one day and decide to do this. or she does have a kid with no friends. i was a kid with a lot of absences and my friends filled my seats after just 1 day. give me 3 days out with strep and i'm in the back corner of all my classes suddenly lol. but honestly considering she used her daughter's id, i'm guessing the daughter was home and knew and is being protected as she rightfully should be. other option, some schools get new kids and they don't introduce them like in tv shows (it happens in elementary but usually not past that unless the person is really interesting) so you're just wondering who this new human is next to you. sometimes a homeschool or catholic school kid joins, or someone from another town moved out of their old school district. 7th grade is when i didn't know half my classmates anymore because they had like 8 elementary schools feeding into 2 middle schools which all went into 1 high school. i only went to 1 elementary obviously so there's kids from all the other schools in there, changing their hair and starting to safety pin pierce their lips and stuff like heck if i know who anyone is now. girls especially can be really hard at this point because they tend to start with makeup and playing with new hair styles and someone can really look different one day to the next, i'm not surprised at ALL that the other kids just accepted it. it's on the faculty to keep them all safe and notice "that's not actually a student" ffs

To me that's part of the point. There are some men who are very short and small framed. If this woman could get in, they could too. Regardless of her original intent, we should all see that she proved that an adult can get in. The teachers never required her to take down her hood or had enough rapport with their students to see that there was a stranger amongst them. Not everything can be blamed on a mask.

Mask and a hoodie.
Teachers have way too many students to keep up with. Parents call their own kids by the wrong name almost daily. Teachers have an impossible task.

No.. she used her daughters school ID number to get in, she used her daughter's clothing , she also has the same body features as her daughter, height, complexity, and facial features, she went to the exact classes as her daughter since she had full knowledge of the class schedule and avoided being caught earlier , at lunch, she stayed in areas the her daughter frequents and avoided recognition due to those... see, not anyone can go in, since if anyone else tries to go in ,it would stand out immediately at the door , and not having the ID, creates an automatic lock down situation and police is made aware .

@Tatt Bass it’s like anything else if you really want to make the school safer you need to be an involved parent and most are just living their lives day to day so they don’t have time to be involved with making the school a safer environment. So you’re fine with someone who intends to inflict harm on kids only needing one code to enter the school? No security, no metal detectors? if my kid told me their school's security sucked and i started plotting something, you can bet your ass they and their friends would know and i sure as hell would not implicate them in the aftermath. i suspect this mom didn't just wake up one day and decide to do this. or she does have a kid with no friends. i was a kid with a lot of absences and my friends filled my seats after just 1 day. give me 3 days out with strep and i'm in the back corner of all my classes suddenly lol. but honestly considering she used her daughter's id, i'm guessing the daughter was home and knew and is being protected as she rightfully should be.
other option, some schools get new kids and they don't introduce them like in tv shows (it happens in elementary but usually not past that unless the person is really interesting) so you're just wondering who this new human is next to you. sometimes a homeschool or catholic school kid joins, or someone from another town moved out of their old school district.
