Amazing as always, quite an information packed tutorial. I use R sometimes to extract dem and then use QGIS for georefrencing and finally blender to make these maps. But using Rayshader makes it reproducible ❤

Hvala Miloše, kao i uvek super tutorial! Kako bi to išlo za Balkansko Poluostrvo na primer, uključujući tursku Trakiju i Rumuniju? Hvala unapred i sve najbolje!

I'm brand new to R. Brought here for my love for GIS. How should I begin to understand R, and understand how you know where certain "packages" area and what they contain/allow you to do. Thanks for posting!!

I learned a lot by exploring the readme for the main packages such as tidyverse, terra and sf. For me, the best way to learn is by doing: implementing their functions in the spot and checking what works best

I love this! Question...do you have any recommendations/references on how to go about plotting points on the completed map? Thanks for this!
