    Ingredients:
    To make kachori:
    Wheat flour 500 gm
    Urad dal 200 gm
    Salt to taste
    Oil 1 tablespoon
    Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
    Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
    Garam Masala 1 teaspoon
    Kasuri methi 1 teaspoon
    To make sabji:
    Potatoes boiled 6-7
    Oil (mustard)1 tablespoon
    Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
    Chilli 2-3 chopped
    Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
    Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
    Garam masala 1 teaspoon
    Kasuri methi 1 teaspoon
    Pinch of hing
    Salt to taste
    Method:
    Take a bowl add atta
    Second take a mixture grinder add urad dal and grind it
    Now powdered urad mix with wheat flour add all spices salt and make smooth dough
    Now take a pan put on the stove add oil for heat
    Now take a small portion of dough make puri and fry it in the heat oil
    till golden brown
    To make aloo sabji :
    Put a pan on the stove add mustard oil for heat
    Add cumin seeds chilli kasuri methi , all spices and hing sauté until golden brown
    Add boiled potatoes sauté for few minutes add salt to taste sauté again for few seconds
    Add water and cook for 10 minutes now remove from flame
    Serve in the serving bowl with tasty crispy kachori
