Will this antenna interfere with a cell booster amplifying 600MHz and/or Starlink?
UHF tv signals can be in the 600Mhz range but a TV antenna is mainly a reciever so it will likely not interfere with other devices. However is can be effected by other signals that overlap tv channels (ie cell phone signals). I would not place this right next to your cell booster or starlink dish but if you maintain a reasonable distance (several feet) between them you'll be fine. My cell booster and outdoor tv antenna are on the same mast.

GPS says I'm 47 miles from Detroit think I'd be able to pick up stations?
depends which direction! use the antopusa.com/signalmaps/ and your address to see distance to the TV stations. If that's what you're saying for the 47 miles then this indoor one may or may not work depending on elevation and obstructions between you and the station. It likely will but I wont pretend to promise that. I'm about to test their big outdoor one with 85mile range now though, that one for sure would work.
