@@GoatWorthy_ he does that throughout his collection of music, callback from old songs and also, which I love, lyrics or titles to songs he has not released yet. I love it.
NF was really out there. He walked 4 miles on top of that hill. I have the IG clip of him walking to it on my youtube page under shorts. He also was in the middle of the ocean with that raft. He speaks on this on his hope interviews plus people in oregon took pics of him in the ocean and leaked it lol He rarely uses cgi. He was in Oregon filming this.
I loved the reaction man. It's nice to see to see trying to understand both the lyrics and the music video and incporating past songs. I'll definitely be checking out more videos!
Great reaction you understand lots of his concepts the room that had the older version of himself with the keys is from two of his songs that I highly recommend outcast and let you down keep up with the Nf reactions please
Heres what ive gotten from the videos In the sesrch and leave me alone he's seeing everyone handing in their black clothes for white clothes and letting go of their balloons (burdens) but to him once they do that they look lifeless so hes scared to let them go himself because hes afraid itll change who he is But he also sees people in the run down building on the ground crushed by their burdens so hes at a point where he needs to make a decision In hope hes turned in the black for the white and in this song you can see fear trying to mislead him and bring him back down into his own head (the mansion) but nf fights back and finds hope and the rest of the album is about learning to live with hope and accept it
If listen to the 3 times Dark Nate talks, he says, "Hey Nate, Wait!" Dude is a genius! You said it in this video, it's like he writes poetry! Crazy good!
Nobody really talks about the metaphor here. Hope-Nate follows the directions of Dark-Nate and ends up back at the beginning, and then Dark-Nate gets in his head, and he ends up back in the mansion. It's a nice visual way of representing a back-slide. Embracing change isn't a light switch. He nails that here.
In regards to the man in the jail cell with the key in his hand- I remember in mansion the lyrics saying “God keeps saying I’m not locked in. I chose this. I am lost in my own conscience” He stayed trapped in a cell he has the key to.
His Mansion has grown over the years. When you watch Intro 2 he shows us his original Mansion and he says, "I never said it was a beautiful house..." but now the house has grown. More rooms and more burdens. The cage goes back to Outcast and we see it in The Search. You are correct he is talking to his negative side and specifically Fear. That was a very enjoyable reaction. You really should follow the NF Journey order, although most the songs on the Mixtape are good to go except "Paid My Dues" and "Lost" which are part of the NF Journey. You definitely shouldn't react to Intro 3 until you have listened to all the NF Journey songs that come before it.

Nf and Eminem. it feels weird comparing these two. They sound nothing alike to me, NF is more meaningful than Eminem. Eminem is more rap lyrical than NF. There’s not a lot of big white rappers that reach Eminem’s level but NF comes close so I guess that’s why people bring these two together so much.
No sir. 😮 He is talking to himself. The other side that we all battle with. Thus: My album, no, my album, it's my album. Also the darkside Nate ( of us all) tends to lead us down the same paths for Decades. Here he is telling Nathan that he is giving Hope a chance and that it was fun while it lasted. He also knows that we( Outcast Family) have been loyal to his music and he wants to do us justice by giving us something Different. So now he introduces the new Nate. He put on the white clothes that the other people who were once in darkness had given him in the Search. In leave me alone he at the end was giving some of his burdens away to Hope. ( White clothes people MATOPHOR) I could go on but you get it.
he had 30 lines of 30 years of... because he is thirty years old. it is interesting to see you connecting the lines. you did good by listening to mansion before this
Since your doing NF, I highly recommend Falling In Reverse start out with Popular Monster, you’ll be glad checking them out the lead singer Ronnie Radke is his own genre of music 🎶 please continue with more NF but please get to Falling In Reverse🙌🔥🤟
I think all of these parts are emotions and thoughts you have when you have trauma. Fear and hyperegilanse keeps you in the “dark” emotions cause that is what kept you “safe” as a kid. Sadly you have to unlearn all of that as an adult or you will be the man locked in the cage with the keys cause you are scared and sadly it’s a self furfilling prophecy if you don’t learn to let the good emotions in you will die just as lonely, sad, scared and angry as you felt as a kid.
hey man, i just happened to stumble on ur videos and really like ur content. I have someone you should check out his name is Rahul and i recommend ANECDOTE - And or A.M. FETA MEANS i think thats some that u can really break down with the meaning it has to it. either way man keep it up your killin it
I’m glad you like NF and are reacting to him. But if I may, and this is not meant to be insulting, you realize you’re doing what you said no one would do for Eminem. Do you like his old stuff but you don’t seem to digging back through it do you wanna jump ahead and get the answers. The answers are complicated. I think Nate is very intelligent psychology because you don’t just have one alter ego are a collection of personalities. That would be a good way to think of it anyway. The one he battles with the most is fear. You missed intro three and it is pivotal.
REN has been infiuenced by NF who also may have brought EM out of retirement lol... Nate be like... 'how do you like 'ME' now? [a little reference to RETURNS?} ;)

Never gonna be a fan of NF. Just doesn’t get me stoked. Like it makes me unstoked if I was stoked before. Good lyricist I just think he has a boring generic sound. Either generic or bad
In the SEARCH song, he was looking for the MAP to HOPE. If you notice, he has the map in his hands in this video.
@@peggysoutherland1183 yes I noticed after watching it on my own time. That was so dope how he connects everything
@@GoatWorthy_ he does that throughout his collection of music, callback from old songs and also, which I love, lyrics or titles to songs he has not released yet. I love it.
If you did the full NF journey, almost all the questions you are asking in this video will have been answered
He was having a conversation with HOPE. He often speaks to his emotions and they answer back. It's not always clear who is speaking at the moment.
I feel like this was also an answer to so many of us who wanted a video for Intro III. He gave us the visual to that battle as well. Love this!

Hey Nikki - I heard the part where he is drifting on the "ocean" was filmed in Lake Michigan and then he finished it in Oregon. What do you think?
@@dennisr.4918DennyDesigns No it was all filmed in oregon. He lived in TN and his co director lives in TN so nothing was done in michigan.
One of the best reactions to the end of this song. Great job. 🤍
NF is so fire!
Great job breaking it all down. There’s so much you can miss in his videos/songs, and you were on it.

Bro, this might be the best breakdown of Hope that I have seen. Amazing job!
Because hope the album NF himself is Hope I don't like fear everyone has to go to the mansion
Most of NF songs when he's rapping he is fear. An intro one he says I'm NF I'm the villain
NF is Legendary! NF-REMEMBER THIS is his best song......
This song is about Hope taking over fear. Nate is caught in the middle of this fight and he needs to choose his path
Hes not Eminem
Love it
NF is the alter ego, he refers to himself as Nate a lot in his music.
I feel nate has a good and bad angel so it's between 3 egos.
If listen to the 3 times Dark Nate talks, he says, "Hey Nate, Wait!" Dude is a genius! You said it in this video, it's like he writes poetry! Crazy good!
Since you going out of order you should go head react to NF-Remember this it's his best song beginning to end it's flames

Black nf is the fear that moved in his house at the end of mansion. Tries to stop hope (the white one from being in charge.)
NF in white is his personification of Hope (name of song and album). Hope is the one speaking in the beginning.
