That's amazing. With a 19" XL rated 55 profile SUV tire it takes me 20 minutes to set up the drop center tool, ratchet straps, and eventually make my way around where the tire actually stays in the drop center.

Ha! These trailer tires were pretty easy.

That would have killed me trying to do that change as fast as you did. That bead breaker works really good.

It’s a good tool, I’m happy with it so far. I think I could do it faster with more practice, but more practice might kill me!

    Looks like a great tool.
And it was fun watching you get it done. Keep the videos coming.

I’m impressed with your speed, found your video because I just bought the same tool last week & wanted to see it in action.
I’d grease the threads periodically so it lasts-I don’t have a lot of faith in the quality of steel harbor freight uses.
I bought it because it’s compact compared to the 20 year old portable “swing arm” style portable breaker I was using.
Mostly used in the junkyards and in emergencies traveling out on the road.
    I could do it 20-30 seconds faster-had 30 years practice😁
Taught myself how to do it being a broke teenager outta high school back in the day.
Michelin tires are the trickiest to work with having stiff sidewalls😡
Tire shine helps on the bead for removal & installation.
Nowadays in the garage I use a Coats professional tire changer I scored cheap.

So far I’m pretty happy with it. I learned to do tires for the same reason you did! Thanks for watching and commenting.

Does the HF breaker say you can use an impact. I have an older Esco which I think is what this is modeled after and it says never use an impact.

It says on the box to use a ratchet wrench to turn it.
If I used an impact it would be at low speed.

Can i beat your time? you bet. I can also beat the cost you have in all your stuff... but I'll cheat a little. I picked up a center post coats machine for 100 bucks with a bubble balancer.

I do it the other way .I start the new tire upside down.i think it's easier. Atleast for me.

What size socket does it take? That info is nowhere in the manual or description. Very impressive time!

30mm seems to fit the best. Thanks for watching!
