This is another short vlog because I spent most of the day driving to the airport, in the airport, or on the plane. Also sorry for the horrible sound quality. The loud background with my quiet voice (because I was trying not to disturb others) made for some really bad sound quality. It was either post nothing today, or post it like this.. so I decided to just upload it for you anyways.

People have a misconception that business class equates to being rich? Business class caters to people who travel for...wait for it...BUSINESS! Often times they can write the flights as a business expense when traveling is a requirement of the job.

I'm reading that girlboss book too and it's very informative and interesting but I also don't agree with how dismissive the author is of struggles that other people have. It sounds like she's coming from a place of privilege without acknowledging other people's ways of life
That's probably why I'm sceptical over the book. Plus the name "girlboss" seems a bit condescending. But hey, who am I to judge?
I'm not sure on her story but I heard she was involved in theft?
She used to shoplift which I have no problem with personally because she was stealing from multi million dollar companies but idk it seems like her whole "anarchist" phase was just her trying to be a rebellious teenager rather than her actually caring about the causes behind anything

I wanted to buy this book, too. But I saw Interviews with Sophia Amoruso and I did not like her personality. She used to shoplift, and she was kind of proud to talk about it. She seemed like a person with no conscience to me. I get it that you can make big buisiness with a personality like this, but this is not my personality at all. I read and liked "lean inn" by Sheryl Sandberg. She is also very successful, but more relatable and she seems more kind than Sofia.

I just want to say, i was out for a run and twisted my ankle on really uneven ground and was slowly limping home when i saw this notification.. well i have never limped so quickly in my life aha (would have watched it while walking home but i don't want to draw attention to myself at almost 11pm and i had no headphones)

lmao 11 hours ain't shit when you live in australia, its generally 27 hours when we go to visit family with the stopover being a 10 minute walk between terminals only to get back on a plane
I feel that alright. Flown from UK to NZ. Did stop in Bangkok for a couple of days, but had a 5 hour layover in Dubai at about 4am their time and had major jet lag when I got to Bangkok. Missed out on a night's sleep, get anxious about flying and felt like I was on a moving ship.
Just out of curiosity, those eggtarts you mentioned are originally from my country, Portugal. We call them "Pastel de Nata". I had no idea that they were famous in Hong Kong!!! Sweet!! :D

I took a Lufthansa flight to Japan yesterday and also ordered vegan meals :D
Yours looks amazing, mine were meh since it was economy. Plus the guy who gave me breakfast must have confused vegan and vegetarian for one of the two boxes because there were scrambled eggs in there (the title on the box was also different than the one on my vegan dinner). I only noticed after taking a bite, so I ate it anyway because they could have done nothing besides throwing it away anymore.
All in all I would say vegan plane food is not better or worse than the normal one in terms of quality and taste. So I would recommend vegans to give it a try.

I've been many times to Hong Kong Airport, it's a really huge and modern airport.The scenery of the mountains and ocean you see when you first get off the plane is just simply breathtaking thanks to the enormous glass windows that encase the airport.. It's way nicer than any airport in North America. Plus, Hong Kong Airport consistently ranks amongst the top 5 airports. The only other airport that I've enjoyed as much as Hong Kong airport is Singapore's Changi Airport, which is definitely in a league of it's own.
+Elisha Sinclair The newer Thailand airport is really big and nice too! I've been to Korea's and HK and Thailand and I kinda like how spacious Thailands is.
I've been to all the bigger airports in the us and Canada and I've never seen as nice of a lobby as that. Expecially the business class seats on that plane, you'd have to ride a very private (and expensive) airline to get something remotely as nice.
Kali I have never been to Thailand Airport, but I've been to Incheon Airport as well. I still like Singapore Changi Airport the most though. I mean Changi Airport is an attraction in itself, the design and architecture is just mind blowing, and it's massive, extremely spacious and has many activities to burn time. It has it's own monorail, butterfly garden, huge ass slide (that descends 4 levels/floors), and massive ceiling to floor waterfalls scattered throughout the airport. There are also new plans to build the largest indoor waterfall inside the airport. I swear, the airport is more like a high class/luxury amusement park more than an airport.

She doesn't have coeliac she just prefers gluten free food I guess
i think she said she is gluten intolerant so eating gluten gives her symptoms and makes her feel bad (probably upset stomach and stomach pains, bloating etc). it's important to know which foods actually have gluten if you have celiac disease or an intolerance or an allergy bc i had no idea gluten was in so many foods until they diagnosed me and i had to check every single label lmao. so you're right to point it out for people who don't know!
gluten free diet is actually very healthy :) If you want to lose weight faster have a gluten free diet.
there's really nothing healthier about a gluten free diet. If you're losing weight it means you're probably just cutting out carbs. There are studies that show people who follow a gluten free diet have worse nutrition than those in a gluten inclusive diet. Don't just follow the fad or believe what's written in non scientific articles online.
yeah, and people who are gluten free usually lack fibre. So they get more cravings than others because without fibre you won't feel as full. Gluten free products are also packed full of sugars and fat.
The dessert that you showed on minute 1:52 was implemented by the portugueses. Here in Portugal, i's called Pastel de Belém if is made on a spicific pastry ( the recipe is a secret), if was not made there, is called Pastel de Nata. Kisses from Portugal, love you Tay.
Ah don't fall asleep with lenses in and make up on :/ lol u should wear circle lenses a bit less it can't be good for your eyes to wear all day everyday..

Just a heads up- Couscous contains gluten. It's made from wheat, it's basically a type of pasta.

I wonder too, maybe her family is rich plus her hard work so she can have a comfy fancy life. She is always shopping in pricy shops, its almost like if she had the money of a famous model that dont work only those few japanese modeling jobs. We'll never know, but I doubt she uses her bf money :)

She flew business class. I wouldn't be surprised if she has a frequent flier card because of all the traveling she's done over her lifetime. Please, let's not assume anything. You only see/hear a fraction of what jobs she does do. Speculation really is a hurtful thing when someone has already stated they sustain themselves with their work. If you are truly curious you should just private message her instead starting rumors. Also to note many people fly business class and are not super rich or millionaires. They are able to fly through work and put it as a work expense with proper documentation (based on the company's policy of work related travel). I get a small compensation at my company just for carpooling. My manager works in another state and she flies over to the home office every 3-4 months and that is not out of her pocket.
I haven't been on planes THAT often but for you're my favorite experience was us flying to Orlando, FL for our honeymoon & my husband tried to see if we could get bumped up to First Class but our flight was completely full, so instead this SUPER sweet flight attendant announced our honeymoon to the whole flight (everyone clapped/cheered for us) then she gave us first pick for snacks PLUS a ton of extra snacks !! ❤❤❤

As happy as I'm sure you were to get back home, and to Rosie, I felt how much you loved Hong Kong so deeply, and I empathized with that. I have a feeling it's the way I will feel when I get to Japan, but right now I only feel that way about Seattle, and the Puget Sound/San Juan Islands area in Washington(State), USA. It's where I was born, found my career and the core of who I am. I go back as often as I can, but constantly miss it. Knowing that feeling, and seeing myself in you as you left Hong Kong, I had to stop the video and cry as your plane pulled away. I don't know if you did cry, but I cried for you in that moment. I hope you can go back soon.

So I just started university this month, and so far week 2 has been pretty hectic! But in my rare free moments I've been watching your videos, and it makes me so happy and brings me so much comfort. Maybe this sounds weird, but your videos are kinda like home to me! +Bina Khadgi I guess I just have strong will but I used a calorie counter app to make sure I was eating enough to lose. If I felt like junk food I'll have some as long as it fit into my calorie limit to help cravings. That's really all there is to it but I prefer eating healthy most the time so I never had much issues with wanting food over time and I never went over my calorie limit and lost 34kg since mid January so I guess you just have to think if you'd rather have another donut or your desired body. Good luck with the weight loss (I recommend niomi smart's recipe book it's healthy and yummy)

+pryn Taylor has stated multiple times that she does not receive any financial support at all from her family. She said she supports herself through RUclips and modeling.
+pryn ummm... Don't take this the wrong way, not trying to criticize you but I don't think the ticket is $2000. She's flying within Asia. Even if it's business class. I live in US and when traveling to Asia, my plane ticket for round trip was just about $1300... So I don't think it makes sense that flying to a neighboring country would be more expensive than flying over continents. But anyways, I do trust her. She hasn't given me a reason not to yet. I mean, she seems pretty honest and open in her videos but before you say otherwise, I am aware that the vlogs are only a tiny part of her full day. But like I said, she hasn't given me a reason to doubt her.
+pryn Assumptions are what they are---assumptions. You only see a very small fraction of her life through the lens she provides via RUclips. Also, I don't think she is allowed to film much of her modeling jobs because I've seen videos where she's on her way to a shoot but she isn't able to film any of it so you don't see the footage. People are able to make a living to sustain their lifestyles regardless of whether or not they come from an affluent family. It's really sad to see comments like yours which will confuse her new viewers.
The ticket is maximum $1000 within Asia. Not any more. She could have sponsors with her modelling agency or have a discount. Taxis in Asia are very cheap to be honest. Eating vegan does not mean eating expensive. A lot of vegetables and such are $2 for a kilogram. In Canada, a bunch of bananas are $1 (not that I'm saying she lives in Canada just comparing) so I doubt she's spending much on food unless it's pure organic or food that is imported from out of the country. Non the less, living in Asia is a lot cheaper than your usual daily life in other countries especially America.

one of my favorite airport experiences was when i was traveling alone and had a overnight layover in Haneda airport. i was traveling from Los Angeles to Taipei and had to switch airports in Tokyo! (Narita to Haneda) i actually like layovers because i don't like being stuck on a plane for too long. since i'm stuck in economy class, i can't sleep lying down, but during an overnight layover i get to sleep in the airport laying down haha. also something about the part @ 4:57 was so cute! haha

First class is a dream for my husband and I. It's a dream we will forever put to bed because when we checked flights, it's $2,100 more each for first class. There was a time in my life when I was moving multiple times a year and at airports every other month.
I am the opposite of you. I can stay in the same room and work all day and night and be happy. In fact, I did just that for about 2 years and I loved it. Of course, it has to be creative work. For 2 years, I spent my life in an area of few blocks. Work, eat gym and sleep. But then I created an entire world in my mind, not needing material goods or the approval of others.
