Canadian groom sings ‘Tum Hi Ho’ for his Indian bride, leaves her teary-eyed
Gregoire, who got married to Simran Malhotra in Baltimore, Maryland, performed the song 'Tum Hi Ho' at the couple's Christian and Sikh wedding ceremony.
It took Frank Gregoire six weeks to learn the lyrics and piano chords to popular Bollywood love song "Tum Hi Ho." But with the expression left on the love of his life Simran Malhotra's face, his effort was certainly worth it.
The Canadian couple - Malhotra is from Toronto and Gregoire is from Sherbrooke, Que. - met at work in 2012 in Baltimore, where they now live. Malhotra, 27, was beginning her medical residency, while Gregoire, 36, was starting a job as a critical care physician.
"Frank is the most fun loving guy I know. He can make anyone fall in love with him; whether it be my 10-year-old niece, my 89-year old-granddad, my best friend, one of his patients or a stranger on the street."

And i know in vietnamese community, they always have a negative look about indian ( i dont wanna mention the word racism here) and that have been bad influence in me, but since i met my indian friends in school and my bf, i realized they are good person, not bad like those news we have seen on tv or heard from other ppl. "Canadian" groom sings to "Indian" bride. I'd just like to point out that both are equally Canadian. Living in Canada and being a citizen makes you Canadian, not the colour of your skin. Define him as christian (as some sources state he is) and her as Sikh (or Hindu, but I believe she's Sikh). Canada is a country for all Canadians regardless of colour. Don't make me feel less Canadian because of my colour and don't let this beautiful bride feel less Canadian than her other half.
