Just watching this in Oct 2020, from those views looking out from the clock tower, it’s amazing to see how much the city has changed....

THERE ARE 12 BELLS HERE FOR CHANGE RINGING AND A CARILLON THE CATHEDRAL HAS 10 BELLS
nice! is there any admission fee? how or where can I get the info about to visit inside this town hall?
We visited as part of an organized tour. Check with Manchester Tourist Information to find out when they run.
They should have demolished the Manchester town hall not spend 330 million when you have people living on the streets Manchester council.
Manchester Town Hall is world famous and attracts tourists. Their expenditure may help the unfortunate.
