This movie is my current obsession. I watched it for the first time a couple weeks ago and can't stop rewatching it. It's not as good as the first movie but I still loved every second of this. Also love how they didn't do the stereotypical 'oh my gosh, another girl, A RIVAL, she's my enemy now' and instead made Eep and Dawn besties.
I like how this movie brought back the OG cast, but also brought in other celebrities like Peter Dinklage, Leslie Mann and Kelly Marie Tran to play the Bettermans. It’s pretty surprising. Also, Thunk and his window scenes are so relatable to me. 😅
This sequel was a lot of fun. I think this is slightly better than the original in my opinion because of the animation being a lot more colorful and bright, and I liked the jokes more.

Whenever an old show business veteran does a voice for a CGI animated film, somehow it usually turns out to be either their last, or one of their last performances: Paul Newman (Cars), James Coburn (Monsters Inc), James Caan (Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs), Ed Asner (Up) and the list goes on. 🕯
@@IDLERACER Perhaps it's not as sad as you think. These actors have been around making a name for themselves in Hollywood well before we've been around. I see VAing as a nice way to unwind after a luminous career. These voice actors probably have grandchildren or great-grandchildren they'd love to provide entertainment for too, so there's a lot of happy take aways
I watched the sea beast a short while ago because I was bored and wanted to watch something and I was genuinely surprised how much I enjoyed it, would really say it is worth a try 😁
I don't think it tops the first one, I'm biased because it was my childhood and such, but this movie is very nice. Definitely a lot better than other sequels

🙂👍 I've always felt that the two "Croods" movies were a lot more entertaining than some of Dreamworks' more celebrated franchises like "Shrek" and "Madagascar." Two really good Dreamworks one-offs that I hope you eventually get around to watching are "Flushed Away" (2006) and "Mr. Peabody & Sherman" (2014).

Am i the only one who thinks that Guy was a jerk? After he found the Bettermans, he imediately abandon Eep and changes his clothes to be like them. He also insult her after she helped Dawn to be free and have fun. Did he appologise? I think no. That's not nice ☹
Pretty sure heart shape is the shape water makes as a human butt peak above water. The point is the water on you lower spine, and the round arches are you butt cheeks
As much as I love sequels, I really wish they covered up some Continuity errors. I understand that they would be more I guess, Identifiable in their iconic clothing. However, I liked the end of the first Croods movie. When they’re all wearing those outfits and with shoes on their feet, showing how they have evolved as a family. Only to go back to the same primal instinct in the second movie😐.

The creature designs are even more impressive and creative than in the original. And the comedy is just as strong.

I'd describe this movie as stupid fun. The plot is a bit messy but there is so much ridiculous comedy in here that makes me laugh really hard.
