- Suttos test ride of the new 150 EXC fuel injected 2 stoke.
Could get the front wheel up without the clutch and it can crawl up rocks ok. Rides better than a 450. So light and nimble and easy to ride. Track was water soaked and they put the tires up to 16psi ?
The sales guy said theres about 3 hours of pre delivery work on each bike. The bikes have to be shipped with emissions mapping then de-restricted and remapped.
Its not a case of less is more, its more like less is the same.
Theres obviously less power and torque than a 300 but theres less weight too and thats the important part.
The less weight works in other areas especially in rocks and jungle. You have to look at the bike as a whole not just its engine.
I rode the 2020 450 as well and the chassis wasnt as responsive as the 150 in terms of picking the front up and turning.
Its such an easy going fun bike. Much less physically demanding than any other bike.
sounded like it was running nicely.
Where vidio with e-bikes?
Do you recommend in Off-road
Moroccan Rap thats what its built for
I mean on the road city ?
I’m seriously considering this bike. Can you share any “downside” to the machine?
To discover downsides, you would have to own it and ride every weekend long term.
Im 117kg but would not hesitate to outlay on this bike. It would work in a hard enduro environment.
Did this have stock suspension ?? I looking at one of these and am 105kg just wondering if you needed a heavier spring in the back - cheers
It does have the stock XPLOR suspension. It is a little soft for me and I’m 160 lbs.
It’s great for enduro terrain, but I do still max out the travel in the suspension.
I may have to modify it.
Disclosure - I was on a 2016 KX250F MX bike. I’m faster in the woods on the KTM, but the XPLOR is still a little soft for me.
Could you coment on the 150 tpi? Lacks of power? Thanks...
