It’s a good day when FWCI posts a Brewstew reaction
I mention this in a comment on Tyler's video, but the landlord i had a bit ago, short version: made me pay $1,300 a month for a basement, had his entire family living above me, and ended up just randomly leaving across the country.
So a special note to your comment about the landlord raising the rent to get you out: in most areas of the US that's not all they can do. Some states (including mine) landlords can give an eviction for no cause or in some cases give a bs reason. Now we're somewhat lucky in my stated because about 2-3 years ago they made it so that the landlord is supposed to compensate you if they do this but a lot of landlords find ways around this and it still shows up as an eviction on your record, which means you're screwed when finding a new place to rent. Or if this is not in option in the specific state then when the lease renew comes up they can just choose to not renew and (depending on the state) you have anywhere from 72 hours-30 days to get out of the property before law enforcement locks you out. Source: a renter myself and I work in homeless services and these are very common stories
Also my bad landord story, so fresh out of college I lived in a community home that, while having mostly good people, had a landlord that cut so many corners it wasn't even funny. Rats got into the house, he knocked down the wall to a section of the house and left it like that for like 6 months (that's how the rats got in the 2nd or 3rd time), he hired people with addiction issues to do maintenance, etc He also threw a fit when I decided to get a cat as an emotional support animal (legal in my state, i have PTSD, anxiety and depression) because his wife, who didn't live in the house, had allergies and he would have to change and shower as soon as he got home every time he came over to do maintenance (which was a lot) and even grilled me on why I couldn't get a dog instead (which was non of his business)
Everyone has had a mark the landlord
@@hunter_boy7457 so much true
My landlord at the last place I lived in was a really nice understanding guy, if you didn't have your rent exactly on time he would ask you to have it ready asap and to call him to pick it up, I had a good track record with him. Actually ran into him recently and boy does he have some stories after I moved out.
4:05 Sure! The downstares neighbor threw the bowling balls upstares. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🤣
Would love to see "The Paddleboat Incident" - it was a hoot!
Please do brewstews Tommy's house it's really good
Been binge watching your brewstew reactions lol
Landlords/tenant relationship sound similar to a manager/employee relationship. Constantly butting heads if you attract negitive attention.
7:24 Will do poop jokes for food? Awe man! This is an all time low. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🤣
Every time I see an upload from Adam I squeal like a girl, kicking my legs on the air
This guy deserves more subs than he has.
React to Brewstew's toys of the 90s
Your face in the thumbnail looks like a home alone poster
His name is Tom btw
Having your 80 year old zealot grandparents be your landlords isn't as fun as it sounds.
