Most Seattleites don't know this neighborhood even exists. Of those who do, many couldn't even find it. It is old money territory, with everything that implies. A little creepy for my taste, but certainly beautiful.
Reminds me of that community "Zona" from Z-nation the sci-fi series. I wonder if there is golden tetherball Courts and use actual range rovers for golf carts!?! A guy can dream about living on an island that resembles a gated mt.Olympus!
@@scottscage6409 Yes...but unlike Beverly Hills and Aspen , Seattle's 1% prefers less visible surroundings that are tucked away behind tall trees, steep ravines, and other natural barriers, though guard houses and large walls are sometimes used.
The home before bonny brook was absolutely impeccable where old money reigns. You won't find a tv hanging above a fireplace like idiotic nouveauriche digs
I don't think the new money has interest in moving into The Highlands (too Republican, too conservative, too white). They are all in Medina and Bellevue.
Minutes from downtown? This is in Shoreline, a full 15-20 min north by I-5.
I just love the interior of the house, beautiful and classic, bright,,,

Потрясающая природа и дом! 👏👏👏

Wow, nice. If I could afford to live here, I’d like to know how diverse it is.
99.9% white and old money... I mean what do you expect? =)
@@kevinmsft I kinda assume so...
@@jackj5368 What can I say, Jack!?! I like variety. How is what I commented not thinking for myself? Please explain.
Im a real estate videographer in Seattle, and im going to shoot one of these houses here one day.
The Highlands and Broadmoor; where much of Seattle's 1% live. It is nice to be comfortable I guess...
I take it its like Beverly Hills and Aspen.

You're too poor for this comment.
“Hansi saltu, hansi saltu!”
God bless🙏🇺🇸 USA...,, 🙏💐💐💐🙏😇🥰
The neighborhood is a membership club. Like a co-op. You have to be accepted before you can buy a house.
Where Seattle’s old money families use to reside. Now its new money millionaires that are starting to move in .
Unfortunately new money has no taste
And destroying classic homes for new contemporary style.
@@awakeandready5727 You're right about that. I've seen it.
