Good job and Also Doing good on this channel. A constructive criticism (depends on how you take it): Try to understand what is your audience and what does your audience want to see/know. RUclips isnt the same it was you might heard someyears back that just start posting videos and you'll get a hang of it. As someone whose been following from your first video, I can tell your comment section if filled with people asking what to study and how to study.(majority) And at the same point if you won't cater to those , it's not gonna run. What I understand you are looking towards is a 'In the life of CGHS Doctor and the world around'. It's more of a vlogging type channel. So start thinking it more like what content you'll be posting in a month from now. 1.Start analysing your comments (for example start making 5+ mins videos and add 1 min talking about people' study related doubts in between those 5 mins.) 2.Plan your content for few weeks. 3. Make an intro and outro . For example a person randomly ending on this video won't know that there is 30k views awesome video on your channel, so have an outro for it. Make an intro for somewhat same reason. 4.To be honest the video in which you explained almost everything should not be there. It's like a gazillion of content wasted in a single video. Video ideas: (if you are not planning to make study related content and focussed on life after cms exam) -Talk about your dispensary (how things happen around what's the hierarchy, talk about some cases you see, record some footage) -About this training( now I don't know what was the schedule of this training, but maje some day wise videos, about what did you learnt and what was taught, and sideways your travel, stay, food and Masti) - About claiming CGHS Services like how does one gets referred to Fortis/Apollo and the process around it. -Apart from this, there are all the other govt perks and allowances like GPRA Housing/ LTC Travel, etc.(obviously these will happen whenever this happens in your future) But mainly try to understand your audience (it's mainly students want to know about what to read and get what you have) So, cater to your audience. These are some of the learnings you might learn after about a year of youtubing. And if you don't like this me saying these things out here. You can always delete the comment(it's your channel) I'm again telling you there is no competition around you in this space. There are some youtubers making videos about preparation for CMS but no one is doing what you do. Use this advantage. All the Best.

Sometimes it becomes monotonous...kind of same patients come again...as all of them are govt employees...well read pt...a bit difficult to build trust with them...and cghs is mostly pro patient organization...but ultimately soley depend on us what and where we want to see ourselves... Acceptance is first thing... There no perfect job exist...pros and cons do exist ... You can't have five finger in butter at a same time...job satisfaction can be a issue at medical officer level...but break it by doing pg whenever u want

Sir I'm going to give fmge exam and upsc cms both this year both exam are in June and july.....if I clear both exam will upsc cms wait until I finish internship sir..bcoz in tamilnadu to do internship it will take time what to do sir.plz give idea
Sir what type of check-ups do they proceed coz only one ear of mine works properly n 1 is not... Amd by PWD rules ii m not a pwd candidate amd i m fit So am i eligible for upsc CMS !??
