Great tutorial, thanks! The ability to control the sense of space without bringing up the cymbals (which would happen if the OHs and Room were used) is a great technique. Cheers!
I unsubscribed from more than 40 music channels because they all gave up their channels but it looks like your back so I resubscrbed to your channel. Cheers
Great tip ! Using drums trig samples is a common technic but room shells samples is a brillant idea to have huge room sound without too much cymbals bleed !

This is great, I do the same thing. Specially if you are recording live bands and can't boost too much high end or low end on the kick/snare tracks in case so have too much bleed, happened before with drummers that are not as balanced in their playing. I really like "over" processing the same kit samples and use them sort as an eq/punch thing. Awesome tips as always!
I'm a Linux user and I'm using my own drum samples since 2010 as I'm playing a really huge Drum Kit and I wanted to have all these cymbals and drums available etc. for a use in my own music.

What are you using for Overheads for this track? You have one of the best channels on RUclips. Don’t quit!
Great stuff, I will definitely be grabbing 1 shots from now on. I often bypass them, and this has changed my mind on the value they can provide.

Thanks for being here! Really, a lot of music channels are falling off?
Great tip !

Yeah, live recording would be really amazing with this. Maybe record the samples during the line check?
@@creativesoundlab Exactly!
I'm currently building my first proper home studio and cannot wait to dig into all of the videos you made throughout the years
Stoked to have you here! Please do keep in touch.
This is awesome to see you working some of your original songs into the channel!
Thanks Eric! Just retracked the bass today and much tighter.
This just made my day!!! I love it🎉
Thanks so much!

Yeah, that's another great way to use them. More authentic for sure!
