How to make ASTER support Windows 11 Build 22635 23H2

ASTER start problem 6 (-4).
Windows build number has changed
while ASTER is enabled.
Please disable ASTER, reboot PC,
check configuration of workplaces
and then enable ASTER again.(did it with aster disabled and its the same error)

That means the windows build you have is not supprt3s by current version you have installed
