beef and black bean stir fry | re run | Aussie girl can cook

this is so moreish and easy to make please read recipe for extra tips. recipe written below.
700g beef strips this time round i would beat them fry real quick to brown take out and put back in at the end of cook.
200g green beans sliced
1 carrot sliced thin or grated
1 red capsicum sliced thin
1 clove garlic crushed or 1 heaped tea spoon jar garlic
1/4 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup black bean sauce
4 spring onions sliced thin
handful bean sprouts
optional at end wok ready egg noodles
