I love the Rent film as it was my introduction into Broadway musicals and I don’t think without it I would be as much of a Broadway fan that I am today.
saw them in 2009 when they did their last tour with rent. he was super nice, and offered to help me down the stairs to get out of the building (i am in a wheelchair). its a moment i dont think ill ever forget
I love the movie Rent I think that's what truly introduced me to Broadway style performances. It has that classic thing where it looks like it belongs more on a stage than in the 'real world' but it still works for me. And Adam Pascal is the face of it so I agree there is no real Rent without him :)
Oh I totally agree. He has that growly rock n roll voice. Perfect Judas. I can hear his voice in the whole "Just don't say I'm..........Damned for all time!"
I'm yelling i can't believe Adam actually exposed himself and other things that happened during the rent's run. I mean he's older and wiser now so I guess he just sees it as a part of his younger life. But he just said it so matter-of-fact that's cracking me up. I hope he has fun during something rotten!
I will have to check it out; it will be interesting to see his take on Huey; Chad's portrayal was amazing and is the standard. Hope he can still make us feel the music the way Chad did. Gotta get tickets and myself to NYC.
It will definitely be interesting to see him as Huey. He's so different from Chad. I think Huey is just so weird that it'll be a shock for him to not be as weird now.
same here, I saw in on New Years Eve in 1996 at the Nederlander Theatre. Lucked out on the 20 dollar front row ticket. We had bougt tickets alomst 5 months ahead of time just in case we didn't win the drawing. Too bad Daphne Rubin-Vega was already gone by that time.

yeah, but I think the movie would be better if it was done 7 or 8 years earlier. They should of done it about a year after Rent came out I don't like hearing 35 year old people not wanted to talk to ther mom's and can't pay rent. I love the stage show, but the actors were too old by the time they made it. I wish they would of used different actors. When ever I want to watch Rent, I watch the Last Broadway Performance. Oh well, to each is own.

His voice is truly incredible!! I saw him front row center the other day as well as seeing Chad two years back!! They're both wonderful performers! :)
Cool
Holy shit his smile!

This guy is my hero!!
"who gives a sh-t about reviews?" Way to keep it real Adam!
Goddamn. That interviewer just blatantly went for the tea, he got right down to it lmao.

Without the movie, I never would have even been able to see this show. And I love it!
his face when he speaks about Cybele logan and Montgomery!
Adam speaks so eloquently!
i love adam pascal!
Saw him play Billy Flynn in Chicago on Broadway! He played that role perfectly!
Got to see him and Anthony Rapp in Rent for my birthday, it was great!
"Sometimes they don't work."

lmfao
His freaking accent.....lol....I just love it.
love adam pascal
I loved the movie.
lawlz he reminds me so much of my father (crush instantly gone). What a down to earth guy.
I saw Adam in Memphis. He's wonderful as Huey!
“Read between the lines Theo. Read between the lines!” 😉🤟 I wish he had a band in real life like Jack Black does with Tenacious D.
He was in a band in real life before he was in Rent called "Mute".
adam pascal is the same age as my mother and i want to marry him.
Pshhh hes older than my mom but I still don't even care
+Marley Green sorry he is already married

derpderplul I hope he did ask Daphne and the girl he was cheating on if they were ok with he telling this.
He looks awesome :D
I'm 30 and Adam turns me into a fangirl with just a look. *swoon*
I knew Adam and Daphne had something going on lol.

Adam can even make gray hair look good!! :)
Good interview! Gorgeous man and candid responses.

Any news on "Operation Mindcraft"? It sounds fantastic! I'd go see it in a heartbeat :-)
Yes!!! Tommy!!!! love Tommy
adam pascal :D
Girl Paul has come along way. He no longer tells the interviewee that he wasn’t a great actor lol
@Tricheystudios They were both Great!! But, I think Chad was more of a hick than Adam but Adam's voice goes right through the roof!!
Because of his Rent fame, we get the impression that he doesn't age ;) And here he is, gray hair and all, it's a little weird to see him like this.
@HappyMadisonDude Who do you think was better? Or were the Huey's so different and incomparable?
11:10
hes grey omfg
IS THAT GRAY HAIR
@cryptidballer Betcha she's really pleased it's open for the whole world to know. Not too classy!!
