I used this to my child gwen. We're both having some challenges when it comes to her math quiz. Gwen always got 1 or 2 to her math quizzes. One day i ask her just to listen before she goes to sleep. I keep reminding her just do it for 5mins or 10mins. depends with her. She can do it with theta, the alpha is not yet ready for her. She knows she will have another quiz in math. So, she told me mom, i need the topping sound because she will have a quiz. Yesterday when she got home, she suprise me with the results of her quiz, she got 💯. ❤ my heart ❤️ feel so much happiness with ❤. Thank you so much for sharing.

Hmmm, there is a 1 Hz difference so the 3 Hz is nearer to sleep than the 4 Ha. I guess the best way to understand it is try the original 10 Hz Alpha sound for 20 minutes until you feel the shift, then try the 4 Hz….. You should notice a distinct difference, one being the 10 Hz is a lot higher aware energetic meditation, and the 4 Hz being a much deeper meditation. Thats the best way I can explain it. Once you begin to understand the difference you will see how you can integrate them into your daily routine. E.g maybe starting with a Gamma wave in the morning, then an Alpha wave mid afternoon to reset, then a Theta/Delta wave before sleep. I hope that helps ☺️🙌🌅

Hi SUN, thank you for leaving the comment. I am happy to hear that you are finding benefits from these tracks. And I totally agree with you, I really love the pulse meditations. I have a lot of isochronic tones on my page for you to explore, and I keep finding that each one brings something slightly different to the meditation. So the Alpha frequency is quite centred, it's mid brain activity, and I would say it's a more of an aware heightened meditation. Perfect for problem solving, creative thinking, and receiving inspired ideas. Whereas, the 6hz is a deeper meditation, it's bordering on sleep so it can be useful for complete relaxation and things like subconscious programming, lucid dreaming etc. For example, I prefer to use and alpha during the day if I need a little reset and I want to stay active, whereas I prefer theta if I want to go deep. I recommend trying my track called Pure Theta Isochronic 4 - 8 Hz, this is a gradual ascent from 4 to 8 Hz over the hour and you can really feel the movement through the frequencies. I'm very interested in finding one that works for self hypnosis, for lucid dreaming and subconscious reprogramming. I'm still experimenting to find what works best for me. And pulse has given me the best results so far for a shift in brainwave. I'm wondering if I need an even lower frequency to drop into theta because nothing yet in the usual 2-7hz range has worked. And nothing with isochronic and binaural beats. I am resistant to hypnosis it would seem.. but I'm determined to crack the code. I'll keep exploring your channel. 👍

That is moving gradually from 6 to 4Hz but I made it with a deep tone and I found it was pretty good for subconscious programming. Or maybe the 0.1Hz Hear Brain Coherence. But keep your eye on my page, I will experiment more with what you are saying.- I am also on the same quest and I make all these tracks for my own exploration, so very happy to share them and hear other people experiences. 🙏🌞

And this can have different effects on everyone. The frequency allows us to see what is already within, and that may reveal to us what needs healing. Do you suffer from anxiety? 🌅

How's this theta sound different from 4Hz and 3Hz theta sounds? Are there different results experienced with each?

this is incredibly irritating to listen to. i'll see what happens when i meditate with it.
It's not about the sound, its about the frequency. When your brain aligns with the frequency the sound is perceived different.
