@@synthet7 or use bandlab
this channel has convinced me that music production is literally like visual art. layer and remove when necessary
haha fr I have no idea how any of this works but I keep rediscovering things I know from other crafts and artforms :D
when you can start to view your creative process in music as visual or “colorful”, it can change your whole view on how you want your project to feel and sound
However a good advice specially for mixing is to just use your ears, it’s easy to confuse yourself staring at an EQ or Compressor with graphics, instead of actually listening to what’s going on in the mix. I don’t remember where I heard that but it’s so truee
That's art in general but I feel you
I had the same discovery going from music production to editing
i love being lost in the *y a n g l e*
he’s Swedish so he pronounces “j” as a y. Stuff like that is how we got the name “Joe”. Joe
@@RmationYT I have worked with some Swedes and it never stopped me bothering when they said "yump" instead of "jump"
I love the difference in pronunciation. Did you notice the hard G "exaggerated"? I'm going to start saying that :P
@@idkwhattouseasahandle joutube
@@ExeLietuva one of my friends is swedish and it never stopped making me happy when he says yump instead of jump
the first ever sponsor that didn’t completely shattered the flow of the video, incredible stuff

this guy got me watching tutorials for something I don't even use
this guy is the only one who i know that does short but fun and useful tutorials that keep me entertained. great video dude
I know I was whining without having read the description in the harmony video but I just wanted to comment I love the format and style of these mini-tutorial things! I can really hear and see how much care goes into the details and hope you enjoy making these things :)
thank you! glad you enjoyed it!
Even though I'm not interested at all in making music, your videos are so entertaining that I've watched EVERY SINGLE ONE
I'm convinced this entire video's topic was for the sponsor
But still a cool tip
And I'm not even mad. It's amazing!
It taught me something and showed a tool to help with an issue I genuinely have so im happy with it
Dude, your style of content is PERFECT for people still learning FL Studio.
Short-form. Easy to watch. Provides a lot of examples.
Really good at building up confidence.
I'm never going to switch from Reaper to FL Studio but I still love these videos and keep coming back for great music, editing and effect tutorials. Thank you and keep being awesome.
thank you!!!!
wake up babe, new synthet video
There’s no way I’m this early to a synthet video 😭

FL Studio also has a built in noise remover in Edison, works like a charm! Great video also!
No way, awesome update :]
I sooo love your accent, it's like ASMR for me
you're way too kind!
As someone who isn’t a music producer, this is very informative
Dude I love your videos, they're so easy to follow and teach stuff in nice and attention-grabbing ways!
dude one of the best channel!!
how everything is just syned.
just amazing!
ive noticed my music getting worse when i started listening to your byte sized tutorials... THIS IS BECAUSE I am holding myself to a higher standard!
Thanks for the amazing tutorials!
Amazing as always! Really happy with this new sponsor compared to the other generative AI one.
Remember kids: AI used as a tool to speed up boring tasks so the artist can focus on creating = good. AI used to replace the artist and scrape talent from other artists = bad.
funny how in the latest update of FL
in Edison, there is a new dedicated noise removal tool (as opposed to the one that requires a set noise profile)
The pacing of this video is amazing
Really happy for you for getting a sponsor, but man it hurt seeing an "ai" tool for doing something I learned how to do in 5 minutes back in 2014 that comes built in to all video and audio editors I've ever used, both paid and free ones. Keep up with the fire tutorials! So glad I came across this channel a few months ago :D
I love these videos so much, not sure how you make them but they are absolute gold with a nice voice overlayed on top :)
watching these short videos from synthet gives me the tingle feeling iykwim😭
Never thought about intentionally adding noise. Thanks for the tip!
I dont even do music production, these vids are just really satisfying to watch lol
0:45 when i hear this in songs it instantly makes me change headphones to make sure i don't have loose driver paper or something. Scares me every time.
A quick vocal remover and free?!?! Probably the first sponsor I’m going to try out :D
meanwhile heavy ambient prods: *n o i s e*
or memphis phonk prods
I don't know anything about music, but I enjoy how you edit the video, it sounds like a short song :D
I like the way that I'm learning and Vibing at the same time
Finally. Something useful for chiptune music!
Gives it a more warm feel tbh
im trying to learn music and am too lazy to actually search up music theory, so yeah thanks to you ive been increasingly getting better
Even your sponsored bit is amazing. :D
This is the most useful channel for me now!!
I use colored noise in my synth sounds on a separate very short envelope to introduce a snappier transient click in the beginning to make a sound more plucky or simulate hits.
cleanest ad ive ever seen on RUclips... and I love your videos - although im absolutely not into audio stuff :D I don't know what you are talking about haha
EVERY SINGLE VIDEO GOES HARD ASF🔥
1:06 yooooo, this guy again man, always have this certain kind of flow hahahahaha
synthet does it again 🙏
i use noise in some of my sub basses and it works wonders!
you can also use white/brown noise to fill up some areas where the song sounds empty, or to make it more powerful.
Another white noise kick Tom Staar used to do is have a tiny bit of white noise before every kick drum to make the drums more “filled”
This has really helped me, I'm gonna cook up some music
I love that "No Noise, 🎶🎵🎶🎵, Some noise" Bounce
i love these musical tutorials
Honestly very useful! Will defo take note of your advice.
idk why but they way they pronounce jungle makes my brain happy
All your videos are gems..! ! 🙏❤
wake up babe new synthet video just dropped
And automating a volume envelope on a noise oscillator creates a pretty decent high hat
ye new synthet dropped🔥🔥🔥🔥
this is the perfect channel
also u can add a white noise to a saw bass and distort it to get a rly nice gritty sound
thank you for your awesome videos! i like to keep them in mind when making music ^^
WAKE UP BABE, NEW SYNTHET VIDEO JUST DROPPED
White noise is too bright? Try pink noise! It's less bright and more warm (because there's a -3 dB/Oct tilt @ 1kHz) and a lot of music is close to this spectrum.
Also, you can use noise for synthesizing anything from drums to additive synthesis.
You can also de-noise with the de-noiser that Edison has in FL Studio.
i'd love a basic music tutorial from this guy
White Noise can also be used to make Snares or Percussion crisper
Yet another awesome video.
Also, since "in Fispång" got its own tutorial, does this mean the other songs in your Spotify eventually will?
maybe, yea! thank you!!!!
always love these
additionaly: Noise can make your mic sound 20 times better. If there is noise in the track, it will “mask” your cheap mic noise and it ends up sounding crisp even with a shitty mic. try it out.
I dont even use fl studio but i still l love watching these videos
Noise is one of my favorite things in music production, anybody else feel the same?
bro why u always cookin so good
0:45 wtf this newer fl studio seems so much easier to use
Noise is good sometimes. Good to know
FL has native noise reducer btw, its built into Edison
Finally, getting sponsored 😆😆
holy shit i think I found my purpose in life I will try and see if it works out
BIG UP THE YANGLIST MASSIVE
For sure
insane edit !
i was literally just for this exact video, and then you made it lol
Thanks
I actually used 3x osc white noise to make 8bit styled cymbals for my songs
love these!
a key change in a synthet video? crazy
thank you for acknowledging
Wait, this came out today? No way I'm here on time
I don't even make music these videos are just entertaining
WE NEED TB TUTORIAL, WE NEED IT WE NEED IT
pizza tower fans: just say woag in the middle of the track
btw am waiting for the: when to remove DOISE and when to ADD it
i like ur word magic man
that rapping at the end was acc fire af
very nice, even though I don’t have fl studio I will try to use this in my songs
@koolkid4825 The best thing about his videos is that the tips often applies to any DAW you choose to work in, even if the specific tool goes by a different name
Lmao I didn’t even notice the sponsor segment
paul mccartney didn’t record blackbird outside, it was recorded in a studio, there is video footage
dang. Back in the the day when Genius collaborated with Spotify they had official writers doing the "behind story" accomanied with the lyrics. I am certain that they claimed that about the song.. but can't really seem to find it now. Maybe it was regarding a demo version or something
@@synthet7 it would probably be the demo version, but hey shit happens. love the content bro 🫶🫶
there are also free and cheap alternatives for dealing with noise. you wouldn't want them named in a sponsored video, but this is just google homework for your viewers
