when you can start to view your creative process in music as visual or “colorful”, it can change your whole view on how you want your project to feel and sound
However a good advice specially for mixing is to just use your ears, it’s easy to confuse yourself staring at an EQ or Compressor with graphics, instead of actually listening to what’s going on in the mix. I don’t remember where I heard that but it’s so truee
I know I was whining without having read the description in the harmony video but I just wanted to comment I love the format and style of these mini-tutorial things! I can really hear and see how much care goes into the details and hope you enjoy making these things :)
Dude, your style of content is PERFECT for people still learning FL Studio. Short-form. Easy to watch. Provides a lot of examples. Really good at building up confidence.
I'm never going to switch from Reaper to FL Studio but I still love these videos and keep coming back for great music, editing and effect tutorials. Thank you and keep being awesome.
ive noticed my music getting worse when i started listening to your byte sized tutorials... THIS IS BECAUSE I am holding myself to a higher standard! Thanks for the amazing tutorials!
Amazing as always! Really happy with this new sponsor compared to the other generative AI one. Remember kids: AI used as a tool to speed up boring tasks so the artist can focus on creating = good. AI used to replace the artist and scrape talent from other artists = bad.
additionaly: Noise can make your mic sound 20 times better. If there is noise in the track, it will “mask” your cheap mic noise and it ends up sounding crisp even with a shitty mic. try it out.
0:45 when i hear this in songs it instantly makes me change headphones to make sure i don't have loose driver paper or something. Scares me every time.
Really happy for you for getting a sponsor, but man it hurt seeing an "ai" tool for doing something I learned how to do in 5 minutes back in 2014 that comes built in to all video and audio editors I've ever used, both paid and free ones. Keep up with the fire tutorials! So glad I came across this channel a few months ago :D
cleanest ad ive ever seen on RUclips... and I love your videos - although im absolutely not into audio stuff :D I don't know what you are talking about haha
I use colored noise in my synth sounds on a separate very short envelope to introduce a snappier transient click in the beginning to make a sound more plucky or simulate hits.
Hey! I wanted you to know that your video is the №4973 I've liked. A little more and this number will reach 5000 and stop, so I feel like the videos I like now are special.
@koolkid4825 The best thing about his videos is that the tips often applies to any DAW you choose to work in, even if the specific tool goes by a different name
White noise is too bright? Try pink noise! It's less bright and more warm (because there's a -3 dB/Oct tilt @ 1kHz) and a lot of music is close to this spectrum. Also, you can use noise for synthesizing anything from drums to additive synthesis.
you can try some noise removal with AI technology online

FL studio stem extractor exists too lol

@@synthet7 or use bandlab
this channel has convinced me that music production is literally like visual art. layer and remove when necessary
haha fr I have no idea how any of this works but I keep rediscovering things I know from other crafts and artforms :D

I had the same discovery going from music production to editing
i love being lost in the *y a n g l e*
he’s Swedish so he pronounces “j” as a y. Stuff like that is how we got the name “Joe”. Joe
@@RmationYT I have worked with some Swedes and it never stopped me bothering when they said "yump" instead of "jump"
I love the difference in pronunciation. Did you notice the hard G "exaggerated"? I'm going to start saying that :P

thank you! glad you enjoyed it!
Even though I'm not interested at all in making music, your videos are so entertaining that I've watched EVERY SINGLE ONE
I'm convinced this entire video's topic was for the sponsor
But still a cool tip
And I'm not even mad. It's amazing!
It taught me something and showed a tool to help with an issue I genuinely have so im happy with it
this guy got me watching tutorials for something I don't even use
hehe

Really good at building up confidence.
FL Studio also has a built in noise remover in Edison, works like a charm! Great video also!
No way, awesome update :]
I'm never going to switch from Reaper to FL Studio but I still love these videos and keep coming back for great music, editing and effect tutorials. Thank you and keep being awesome.
thank you!!!!
funny how in the latest update of FL
in Edison, there is a new dedicated noise removal tool (as opposed to the one that requires a set noise profile)
wake up babe, new synthet video
ive noticed my music getting worse when i started listening to your byte sized tutorials... THIS IS BECAUSE I am holding myself to a higher standard!

I sooo love your accent, it's like ASMR for me
you're way too kind!
Dude I love your videos, they're so easy to follow and teach stuff in nice and attention-grabbing ways!
As someone who isn’t a music producer, this is very informative
additionaly: Noise can make your mic sound 20 times better. If there is noise in the track, it will “mask” your cheap mic noise and it ends up sounding crisp even with a shitty mic. try it out.
you can also use white/brown noise to fill up some areas where the song sounds empty, or to make it more powerful.
0:45 when i hear this in songs it instantly makes me change headphones to make sure i don't have loose driver paper or something. Scares me every time.
This is the most useful channel for me now!!

The pacing of this video is amazing
Never thought about intentionally adding noise. Thanks for the tip!
Even your sponsored bit is amazing. :D
I don't know anything about music, but I enjoy how you edit the video, it sounds like a short song :D
I like the way that I'm learning and Vibing at the same time

All your videos are gems..! ! 🙏❤

Noise is one of my favorite things in music production, anybody else feel the same?
I use colored noise in my synth sounds on a separate very short envelope to introduce a snappier transient click in the beginning to make a sound more plucky or simulate hits.
Honestly very useful! Will defo take note of your advice.
Finally, getting sponsored 😆😆
thank you for your awesome videos! i like to keep them in mind when making music ^^
I love that "No Noise, 🎶🎵🎶🎵, Some noise" Bounce
idk why but they way they pronounce jungle makes my brain happy
And automating a volume envelope on a noise oscillator creates a pretty decent high hat
i'd love a basic music tutorial from this guy
Another white noise kick Tom Staar used to do is have a tiny bit of white noise before every kick drum to make the drums more “filled”
always love these
insane edit !
