Now that you mention it; I think there might have been one in Indulgence as well so that slipped my mind, but really Carcass is a good custom enemy and is one of the few fun ones, only them and the shapeshifters from Broken Cybergrind contribute to the gameplay loop. I’m glad that Carcass is being used.
You straight up played this level on brutal difficulty, of course it’ll be batshit crazy. I already knew you were playing a harder difficulty with the enraged Maurice, and then realised that you were playing THE hardest difficulty available in the game when I saw the gutterman get enraged.
Hey Gronf, I've got an interesting, unique, and probably very difficult and tedious challenge for you: Beating every level in the game with a single coin via punching. Essentially you start the first room tossing a coin and punching it into an enemy. From then on, you cannot toss another coin for the rest of the level, and can only deal damage via punching. Alternatively, every room (with enemies) you can only use a single coin to kill them all. After they are all dead and the room is cleared, you may drop the coin, continuing this for every room. The more likely option is the latter, due to the fact that there are sometimes long sections between enemies and carrying a coin through may simply be impossible.
