@@lisaschneider1439 Nope and I gave up. I even bought the premium version. What a waste. I will not use Canva for videos ever again. I decided to use the pictures in the video and then use my phone to record my voice with the pictures in the background. Ta daaaa. Got my video.

They should be in your "Files App." If you've never used the Files App, and many people don't, you should be able to use this to find it: support.apple.com/en-us/102440.

for 2hr or above duration video download 12hr passed but download option didnt highlighted just saying processing...
It has been saying 'processing' for about 35 min. There is no status bar. How long did your video take?

I did this but when I press download my whole canvas app just starts to freeze and it just crashes within minutes. I’m using an IPad btw
