I had many academic failures, i was injured and could not do sport. I had a headache. I was alone. But I kept moving forward, now it paid off. My body is getting better and I am getting better grades slowly. never give up
This got me back into the gym after a big low point. I already gave up and relapsed once, I can’t afford to let that happen again, this time it’s not over UNTIL I WIN.
